Research On Supply Chain Management In Suzhou SG Company Based On The Forth Party Logisitcs

At present,most manufacturing enterprises choose third party logistics companies to engage in warehousing,transportation,import and export customs declaration,etc.,By virtue of their own expertise and experience in these aspects,third party logistics companies have made important contributions to saving logistics costs and improving operational efficiency for manufacturing enterprises.As the competition among enterprises changes to the competition of the whole supply chain,enterprises need to strengthen the management of the whole supply chain,but enterprises also need to maintain their core competitiveness in R&D and manufacturing,etc.,So the emergence of fourth party logistics is inevitable.Fourth party logistics in the design,management and coordination of supply chain than manufacturing enterprises and third party logistics companies have incomparable advantages.This makes more and more manufacturing enterprises choose to outsource the management of supply chain to fourth party logistics company in recent years.This paper takes supply chain management of SG company as the research object,and tries to outsource part of the supply chain to fourth party logistics company SD,and optimize the whole supply chain through the professional knowledge and experience of SD company in designing and managing supply chain.First of all,this paper describes the background,purpose and significance of this research,makes appropriate research methods,ideas and framework,and proposes possible innovations in this research.Secondly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories of supply chain management and fourth party logistics and evaluates relevant literatures.By comparing with third party logistics,we can find out the advantages of fourth party logistics and then this paper analyzes three operating modes of fourth party logistics.Then,it describes the current supply chain management status and existing problems of SG company,and chooses logical analysis tools to conclude that supply chain management based on the fourth party logistics is feasible.After that,the optimization scheme of supply chain outsourcing is designed,and an appropriate KPI assessment system is designed for the optimization scheme to ensure the effectiveness of the scheme.Through this study,we hope to provide reference and inspiration for SG company's supply chain optimization management,and provide reference for similar manufacturing enterprises that want to try to adopt fourth party logistics to manage and optimize their supply chain.
