| The Yellow River and Xiaoqing River,Yufu River are in different rainfall areas,the rainfall between them have good rich-poor complementarity.Carry on the water resource scheduling research between the mainstream of the Yellow River,Yufu River and the rain flood of Xiaoqing River.It can not only divert water from the Yellow River to Xiaoqing River through ecological scheduling,but also divert superfluous rain flood of Xiaoqing River and Yufu River to the Yellow River.It is beneficial to the flood control safety of the Jinan City,ecological landscape restoration of Yufu River and Xiaoqing River and the improvement of water quality in the lower reaches of the Yellow river.This paper analyzed the consistency of runoff series of Xiaoqing River(Huangtaiqiao Station)and the Yellow River(Gaocun Station).Used primary correction,segmental correction method revised consistency of two series.According to the favorable and unfavorable water diversion situation,we selected the typical years of Xiaoqing River and the Yellow River,and then calculated the annually distribution of runoff in different typical years.Used the improved Tenanat method calculated the ecological water requirement of Xiaoqing River mainstream,and using the River static storage method calculated the ecological water requirement of Xiaoqing River tributaries.Based on the spillway flood data of Wohushan reservoir,analysis and identified the typical years.According to the above data,different scheduling schemes are worked out,that include:(1)According to the monthly runoff of Xiaoqing River under different scenarios and water demand,additional water amount.Adopted two ways to transfer water from the Yellow River to Xiaoqing River,one way is transfer water once a month,another way is divide a year into different period to transfer water.Then determined water diversion flow and calculated the water diversion time(2)According to the ecological impact to Xiaoqing River,divided Wohushan Reservoir to the Yellow River and Xiaoqing River water diversion into scouring and silting dispatch,ecology dispatch and the dispatch give consideration to both.The volume from Wohushan Reservoir to the Yellow River and Xiaoqing River of scouring and silting dispatch is 39.9 × 106m3 and 51.5 X 106m3,the ecology dispatch is 67.8 × 106m3 and 23.6 × 106m3,the dispatch give consideration to both is 55.1 × 106m3 and 36.3 × 106m3.(3)According to the flood magnitude of Xiaoqing River basin,formulated corresponding scheduling scheme and calculated the water diversion volume of different frequency storm flood,For light flood,built a ecological scheduling flood diversion model of Xiaoqing River and Lashan flood diversion project by MIKE model and dynamic programming method,then calculated the water diversion volume of typical storm floodBased on a great deal basic date,analyzed the water diversion between Xiaoqing River in Ji’nan,Yufu River,Wohushan reservoiris and the Yellow river.Proposed some new scheduling routes,scheduling schemes and scheduling models.The results have certain applicability and reliability,are of great significance for the flood control safety of Ji’nan City,the ecological restoration of the main rivers in the urban areas and the utilization of the rainwater and flood. |
