In the traditional culture Chinese nouns often “civil power” to summarize all the construction of the project,can be seen from the material in Chinese traditional building technology and architectural culture,has a very important position.To raw soil as the main construction materials to create skills,in China has thousands of years of history.Because the raw material has many advantages,such as has a good thermal storage performance,make indoor warm in winter and cool in summer;according to local conditions,easy to local materials;with "breathing" function,can effectively regulate the indoor air quality and humidity;recyclable,housing Can be recycled after removal;easy construction,low cost,so in China is widely distributed,especially in the central and western regions is a large number of existence.However,the current application of raw materials to the western region is also the earthquake and other natural disasters in China,so the safety and durability of housing in this area put forward higher requirements.Based on the safety and durability of the adobe building,the research group developed a new type of mechanism brick,but there are many problems between the mechanism brick and the traditional masonry mortar.In order to solve the above problems,this paper studies the masonry mortar and mechanical properties suitable for the mechanism brick tiles.The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The effects of different kinds and different dosage admixtures on the mechanical properties(bonding strength,flexural strength,compressive strength and compressive ratio)of mortar were studied.The characteristics of the adobe brick 10 sets of mortar,and for the follow-up mechanism of the pile masonry shear strength test.(2)10 sets of modified mortar masonry masonry with different proportions were selected((n = 3,a total of 30).The shear strength test and the shear strength of different masonry specimens were obtained.,The results of the test were analyzed and the two modified mortars with better performance were determined,and the axial compressive strength test of the adversary masonry was used.Through the regression analysis of the data of different groups of shear test results,the formula of the shear strength of adobe masonry is fitted.(3)The soil compressive strength test was carried out by using the graded loading mechanism by using the two groups of modified mortar to make the adobe masonry specimen(n = 3,a total of 6).Based on the test results,the formula of compressive strength of adobe brick masonry was established,and the stress and strain curves of the billet masonry were fitted.The elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of the adobe masonry were calculated according to the stress-strain curve.Influencing factors of compressive strength of adobe masonry.The results show that the polymer modified mortar developed in this paper can adapt to the mechanism of adobe bricks,which can improve the safety and durability of the adobe masonry,and can be popularized in the vast rural areas.
