Construction industry is the pillar industry of national economy,whose development is strongly related to the improvement of the entire national economy and the quality of people life.The continuous development of construction and industry requires the improvement of production and precision of steel bar.It is more common to use turn hub straightening mechainism in actual production.However,its low efficiency can not meet the need of the current situation requires.In recent years,the parallel rolls straightening machine which are more high-speed straight and easy adjustment frequently adopted.It is proved that straightening roller drive mechanism and the movable frame body have played a crucial role in the process of reinforcing bars,steel straight transfer efficiency have direct affects on straightening roller wear and transmission mechanism,diameter,load bearing,which determines time and cost of completing straightening reinforced.Steel straightening machine is indispensable in construction industry.The precision of steel straightening is particularly important,so the design and analysis of key components in the steel straightening machine is very urgent.In this thesis,the GTS6/14 steel bars straightening and cutting machine of the Shenyang Jianzhu University factory was studied and the three-dimensional modeling of steel straighteningmachine was set up.On the basis of material mechanics and the theory of elastoplastic application,the relation of bending curvature,moment and straighten force and other parameters during steel bars was straightened.The effect of appling to different diameters straightening roller and the input shaft and the spur gear were studied.Straightening roll diameter,the diameter of the input shaft and other relevant parameters were obtained by calculating.The mechanical model steel of key components straightening machine were established,and the force situation of different diameters straightening roller was simulated,and the relationship of the input shaft straightening roll and stress-strain were analyzed.The spur gear transmission mechanism is the steel straightening machine main components,and the main components of the transmission drive power and bear the load,applied on different diameters straightening rollers of which torque were simulated.The train and the size and distribution of straight stress gear were analyzed and compared.Finite-element modal analysis method was applied to study dynamic characteristic of the transmission mechanism,first ten free mode and the applied load modal natural frequencies and mode shapes of the transmission mechanism were calculated and the affects of the modal parameters on the transmission mechanism performance were summarized.It is concluded that the maximum stress was appeared on both sides of the keyway and the input shaft and edge stress of the groove rollers appeared symmetric distribution when diameter 123mm?153mm straightening roller was straightened,with the increase of the diameter of the roll straight,significant linear growth the maximum stress of the straight roll groove showed,while the input shaft stress curve showed the decreasing trend,the maximum deformation of the straightening roller showed the clear upward trend,the input shaft showed the linearly decreasing trend.As the torque which applied to the input shaft was increased,the maximum stress of the spur gear was gradually increased,maximum stress occurred at the initiative of the spur gear tooth root.Through analyzing the dynamic characteristics of transmission mechanism and comparing free mode and the applied load modal frequencies and mode shape,free modal had a relatively low frequencies,the overall mode was more in freedom mode shapes,the local mode was more in the applied load modal shapes.Static and dynamic analysis were efficiently used to improve straightening machine existing equipment and the principles.It provides new ideas of the straighten theory.
