As the indispensable processing equipment in construction industry and hardware industry,rebar straightening machine has decades of development history in china.With the gradual deepening of the study,it is found that the machining accuracy of the steel straightening and cutting machine is closely related to its working process.But mostly the operation of the steel straightening and cutting machines are depends on the sense and experience of the operator,which can not guarantee the working process.It is necessary to study the basic working process of the steel bar straightening machine.With the development of technology,it has become a necessary step to solve some problems by using CAD and CAE technology to analyze the working process of machinery before production.Based on the working principle of parallel roller straightening and cutting machine,The calculation formulas of deflection and bending angle of steel bar straightening process are derived,and the cutting process of steel bar is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS workbench finite element analysis software.The main contents in this thesis were studied as follows:(1)The basic theory of reinforcement straightening is studied,and the constitutive relation model and elastic-plastic bending characteristics of reinforcement are summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for future research.The comparison with the results obtained from the theoretical calculation proves that the derived theoretical formula is basically consistent with the simulation.(2)The relationship between the bending curvature and the force position of the steel bar was derived,and the relationship curve between the position and curvature was obtained by the Matlab software.(3)The transmission part of the cutting part of the steel bar straightening cutter is modeled and introduced into the ANSYS Workbench software,the static analysis of the working state is carried out.The distribution cloud of the stress and strain on the cutter and the transmission shaft in the shear bar of a steel bar straightening cutter is obtained.The analysis shows that the maximum stress appears in the connection position between the transmission shaft and other components,and it is found that the failure of the connection between the shaft and the key of the transmission shaft is the main factor leading to the cutting error.(4)The dynamic simulation analysis of steel bar cutting machine is carried out on the cutting process of steel bar.Through the analysis of the steel cut should be the contours of stress and strain in the process of study,the best.effects of steel cutting on different factors on steel cutting was the cutter spacing 5mm,cutter angle of 77 degrees,the ratio of the relative speed of the cutting tool to the steel bar and the speed ratio of the steel bar is in the 2.2%-3.9%and the cutting edge angle of 45 degrees with the blade.In this thesis,the theoretical derivation and the simulation analysis of the straightening process of the straightening and cutting machine for reinforcing steel bar are provided,which will provide a new idea for straightening and cutting the steel straightening and cutting machine.
