With the rapid development of construction industry,prefabricated light steel keel housing system application in the world is becoming more and more widely,in the United States,Japan and Australia and other countries has been used is quite common,for the population of our country especially.In recent years,prefabricated light steel keel housing system has been widely used and developed in our country,and as a structural system of main bearing or segmentation effect of the wall,its structure form is varied,the rationality of the wall structure form for prefabricated light steel keel housing system is of great significance.In this paper,according to a new type of button composite wall under external load,experimental study on the mechanical properties of the wall is to use galvanized C as support frame,light steel keel internal use B1 level flame retardant high-density granular compressed into polystyrene board,fiber reinforced calcium silicate board as shape to the skin panel wall,the wall is a new type of lightweight prefabricated composite wall,in line with the national industrial policy,has good prospects for development.Based on button type composite wall as the research object,the full-scale wall was made 11 specimens for design,and finish the wall specimen under vertical,drab level and reciprocating load test,test with different limited bearing capacity of the wall.And through the test to get different structure forms and the damage form of high wall thickness ratio,reinforcement and improvement of the late for the class wallboard.By the using of large general finite element analysis software ABAQUS,a finite element model of specimen under vertical load.By comparing the test results of the wall specimens and finite element analysis results,to prove the correctness of the finite element model is established,further verify the exactness of the test,and the establishment of a wall under the vertical load bearing capacity,simplified formula for the future further research and provide reference for engineering application.
