With the rapid increase of finance and urbanization,the number of high-rise building is increased greatly year by year.As a special operation equ:ipment for building cleaning and maintenance,the Building Maintence Unit is used in the gradual popularization Today building style makes the city more dynamic.The construction units need to improve the facilities to keep the city bright and tidy.The boom frame is the main bearing part in the Building Maintence Unit.The reasonable structure directly determines the quality,cost and bearing capacity of the telescopic Build Maintenance Unit.And the boom frame is related to the life safety of construction personnel.Therefore,this thesis was based on the analysis of boom frame in the the Building Maintence Unit which was the most widely used.The finite element analysis and optimization research were studied.It could provide a basis for research and manufacturing of this Building Maintenance Unit.Also it could provide guides for other type of Building Maintenance Unit.In this thesis,the boom frame finite element model was established by using the APDL parametric modeling method based on ANSYS software platform.Stress and displacement were obtained by static analysis under the typical operating conditions.And the stability of the boom frame was obtained by buckling analysis.The strength,stiffness,entirety stability and local stability of the boom frame were calculated after the mechanics simplification.The validity of the finite element model was verified by comparing the theoretical results with the results of ANSYS analysis.It provided prerequisite for structural vibration reduction optimization.The modal analysis of the boom frame finite element model was carried out to obtain the structural vibration response characteristics,and the key modal parameters were extracted.The frequency of the peak of the displacement was obtained by the harmonic response analysis.Thereby,the optimal object of vibration reduction was determined.This can provide the basis for the dynamic optimization of the boom frame structure.The sensitivity analysis of the parameters in the boom frame and column was carried out.The parameters of the high sensitivity and the thickness of each section boom frame and the column were extracted to be variable for the optimization research.The finite element model was established by adjusting the parameter variables.The modal analysis was carried out repeatly.The optimized parameters were obtained though the comparison of the analysis results.The optimization program was verified that was feasible according to verification on the strength,rigidity and stability.In this thesis,the boom frame of the telescopic Building Maintenance Unit was studied on the finite element analysis and optimization research.After obtaining mechanical properties and optimized structure parameters,the anti vibration performance of the boom frame was improved.It provided effective reference for the design and development of related products.
