Clean workshop engineering quality directly determines the quality of the product,more about people’s livelihood.Since entering the new century.Air clean technology has shifted gradually from high-tech field to the broad field of people’s livelihood and expand the scale to never had.From medical science,pharmacy,food field to breeding,isolation,train,ship,and household in public places field.As a technology of improving the quality of products and results and guaranteeing people’s health.The future will be in the finer and more effective but also the direction of more simple,more energy efficient.However,in the implementation of the clean project,because of the excessive pursuit of progress and economic benefits,the clean engineering quality problems and defective products happen occasionally,cause the social property of big losses.Mainly for several aspects,first,the project with safe trouble has been started because of the lack of communication,severe cases can lead to project could not be carried on;second,Enough attention to quality management in different stages of the work is not paid on,according to statistics,there is one-third of clean engineering can not finished on time.there are quite a number of busy debugging after project completion,and cannot meet the operation requirements.Based on years of practical experience,the paper propose firstly the concept of the whole process of quality management in clean engineering.All of persons involved be part of the process through the overall and systematic management.Turn testing after project finished into prevention first;turn results management into process management.The relevant departments concerned to participate in,rely on scientific theory application method,make engineering design and construction process under control.Achieve twice the result with half the effort,so as to achieve significant economic,social and environmental benefits.Therefore,the concept has very important practical significance.This paper focus on whole process quality management,made detailed and systematic research from multiple perspectives,the structure is reasonable and the hierarchy is clear.Firstly,this paper introduces the development,trend and present situation of clean technology in China,found the clean engineering quality problems to be solved.Secondly,on the basis of clean engineering quality management status,using theoretical analysis method,investigation method,empirical approach,combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,clean engineering quality influence factors is analyzed and improvement suggestion and measures are put forward.Thirdly,combined with the actual case(Drug company booster A injection workshop GMP technological upgrading projects purification plant project),in view of the main quality links,and the main influencing factors of quality control in every stage,different analysis method was used to study the improving the quality of engineering solutions,after considering all kinds of technical parameters,reasonable selection scheme,build quality qualified clean workshop.Through the research,this paper provide reference opinions and suggestions for the construction unit,consulting units,design units,bidding units,construction units,supervision units.Put the doctrine of the whole process of quality control in every link of the clean project to ensure the realization of project objectives.The whole process of quality management mode of clean engineering quality control has good effect.
