With the continuous improvement of our country urbanization level and the good implementation of the national economic policy,China's construction projects have been developed rapidly,the main project investment and project construction activities have been increased,especially in public infrastructure projects,led by the development of Engineering activities.River channel project is a municipal infrastructure project construction,which has a large investment,involving a wide range,the construction technology is complex,the more risk factors and unforeseen factors,and has the characteristics of effect city and social environment.It is a project with a higher risk of project construction work.In the face of a large number of public infrastructure projects,how to effectively control the project risk and reduce the risk of project construction process is particularly important.Therefore,this paper takes river engineering project as the research object,analyzes and evaluate the overall risk of the project construction,and tries to make a positive effect on the risk control of the project.Firstly,this paper describes the basic theory of the project construction and project risk,and analyzes the content and characteristics of risk identification,and compares the differences between the various project risks assessed methods,and expounds the contents and functions of the project risk assessment.Secondly,the risk factors of the project construction are analyzed,and the risk factors of the project construction are identified,and the risk assessment index system is established,which is based on the four aspects:quality risk,risk,safety and environment risk.In order to guarantee the rationality and validity of the evaluation index,the validity of the project risk evaluation index system was tested.Finally,Shenyang Baita River "Water Cube" project was analyzed and assessed by analytic network Process and combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the river channel engineering projects' lists of risks and risk system construction.The overall risk of the project construction is obtained,which proves the validity and practicability of the risk assessment model,and provides scientific basis for the risk control of river engineering projects.
