Engineering machinery is indispensable in infrastructure construction.In the face of more and more stringent requirements,engineering machinery needs to be innovating and renewing constantly.However the engineering machinery system is complex,it is inefficient and time-consuming to use the traditional design methods.With the development of cloud computing technology,it is imperative to integrate the manufacturing industry with the information technology.Using cloud technology to design engineering machinery can realize the sharing of design resources and realize the intelligent design of engineering machinery.Case based reasoning(CBR)is a fast and effective design method to use historical cases and data for current problems.The technology is simple,logical and easy to maintain.The application of it to the intelligent design of engineering machinery can make full use of the existing resources,improve design efficiency,reduce design cost,shorten development cycle and improve industry competitiveness.CBR includes case-representation,case-retrieval,case-adaptation and case-maintenance four parts.The case retrieval is the core of the whole process.It calculates the similarity between the instances by the algorithm to realize the match between cases.The retrieval algorithm determines the efficiency and accuracy of the whole system.CBR technology usually uses the nearest neighbor(K-NN)algorithm and fuzzy algorithm?Take a bulldozer,an engine and a gas distribution unit as an example,this paper uses the K-NN algorithm and the fuzzy algorithm as the basic algorithm of case-based reasoning to achieve case matching effectively.However,in the face of the complex structure of engineering machinery,a single inference algorithm often has a large deviation.In this paper,we mix the nearest neighbor algorithm and the fuzzy algorithm to reduce the error of a single algorithm and improve the accuracy of the whole system.In view of the higher order polynomial expression of cam profile,the influence of parameter p?q?r?s on similarity is studied.A weight correction term based on p?q?r?s is proposed and the feasibility of this correction is verified.In this paper,we combines the hybrid CBR technology and the design of engineering machinery to construct the framework of cloud design platform for engineering machinery and key parts.The platform uses Java as a software development language,MySQL as a database,and SQLyog as a database management tool.It realize the intelligent design by using the mixed CBR technology and existing parameters of engineering machinery and parts.
