Study On The Maturity Evaluation Of Construction Project Quality Management

In both domestic and foreign project management domains,project management maturity model(CMM)has caught the attention of people and been the key research topic,and the construction enterprise project quality management maturity model theory is still in a state of relatively frontier,the scholars who are really familiar with the model and use it well are not much.Project quality management maturity is worthy of further research,through the study of its use,we can see clearly the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise project in terms of quality management,make improvement strategy,improve the quality of the project management ability,thus improve the competitiveness of enterprises and the whole construction industry.So the construction enterprise project quality management maturity has great theoretical and practical value.This paper focuses on the construction enterprise project quality management maturity model(CPQMMM),makes quality management and project management related work existing in the market as theoretical basis,deeply understands about both domestic and abroad theoretical knowledge and application of project management maturity model,refers to the general rule of construction project in our country,combining with the basic situation of the construction enterprise management.I have constructed CPQMMM model,established the project quality management maturity evaluation system and method based on this model.In this process,we adopt the normal and empirical studies,the research method combining qualitative and quantitative research,which makes people's cognition and use of project management maturity model more reasonable and efficient.Firstly,the features of the project management will be analyzed by the method of standard research,then many aspects of the maturity models will be compared especially in the applying aspect,the conclusion will be got which shows that no maturity model can ever properly and effectively judge the maturity of our country's project management.Then,all kinds of elements about the project quality management maturity will be summoned,the establishment and the method of the project management maturity model will be concluded and analyzed,and the project quality management maturity model for the engineering company will be established.The method of this part is a combination of standard research and applying research.The last part is the key of this article in which the vague and comprehensive maturity model of the engineering project quality management is established,which provides a new way to evaluate our country's project management maturity based on the maturity evaluating system for the project quality management.This is also a set of more independent,objective and fair evaluating mechanics.
