Evaluation Research On Construction Project Risk Management Maturity

The construction stage of an engineering project is the most active stage in the whole life cycle of the project.It is the stage with the highest frequency of risks and the highest degree of losses,which requires a higher level of risk management ability of project managers.In this paper,by studying the relevant literature,the maturity model theory combined with the feature of construction projects,build a scientific,reasonable and can be applied to construction project risk management maturity model,this model can objectively evaluate the construction project risk management maturity,reflect the ability of project management to risk management level,and through the actual project cases to validate the maturity model analysis,validate the maneuverability of the construction project risk management maturity model and effectiveness.Firstly,the current situation of risk management of construction projects in China in recent years is briefly analyzed.By studying the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad,the literature review on risk management and maturity model is summarized,and the goal and significance of risk management maturity evaluation research are clarified,and the research direction is indicated.Secondly,through the study of risk management theory and the comparative analysis of several classical maturity model theories,it has laid a solid theoretical foundation for the construction of construction project risk management maturity model.Thirdly,based on the classic framework of CMM model,the construction project risk management maturity model is constructed,and the risk management maturity index system applicable to the construction project is summarized by studying a large number of literatures.By means of questionnaire,the validity and reliability of the index system of the model are analyzed,and the reliability of the selected evaluation index is further confirmed.Finally,the model is verified by taking the actual engineering project--project W as an example,and the problem that the evaluation index is difficult to be quantified in the evaluation process of risk management maturity is solved by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,so as to achieve an objective,fair and scientific evaluation.The evaluation results are summarized and analyzed,and reasonable Suggestions for improvement are put forward.
