Concept And Application Of The Construction Of Community Public Living Space System

With the increasing development of urban community,the community residents put forward higher requests to the quality of daily life and public living space.The community public living space functioned as the most cohesive space for residents connecting in daily life is the material carrier of all kinds of activities for residents.However,the rapid development of community leads to degrade of the community public lives,which triggered a series of problems.The development experiences of home and abroad show that the gradual fusion of public life and public space will satisfy all the living requirements of community residents and create new lifestyle.Therefore,further study of the construction of community public living space system is of great significance,which can not only improve the quality of the community public living space effectively and meet the demands of resident's life in the new period,but also promote the integration of resources of the urban community space and activate the development vitality of the existing community.Combining our country's current community development trend and the relevant theory research progress,this paper tries to build a concept framework of the construction of community public living space system and further puts forward a planning strategy orientation.Taking Changzhou Xinbei District as an example,this paper discusses the applications of community public living space system.First of all,based on the evolution process of urban community planning and the analysis of its characteristics,this paper investigates the community development trend under the needs of our country's public life,and tries to construct the concept framework of community public living space system by combining the related theoretical deduction and the development trend;Secondly,according to the concept framework,this paper presents the planning strategy system concerning the construction of community public living space,leading to an organization mode and spatial pattern of the urban community public living space;Finally,this paper selects Changzhou Xinbei District as an example to verify the applications of community public living space system,and selects typical community to conduct the discussion of the planning and optimization strategy.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the research of related theories and practices of domestic and foreign urban community planning,the research on public life space as well as the comprehensive research progress of related disciplines,this paper discusses the urban community development trend in China under the needs of people-oriented public life.(2)Combining the community development trend and the related theoretical deduction,this paper pays attention to the spatial patterns of the relations of "space,people and resources".In this paper,the community public living space system is built from the structural elements of "space structure","social network" and "public resources",corresponding to the control factor framework of the space organization mode,public living space and urban community resources in the physical space,so as to promote the construction of community public life space system.(3)According to the concept framework of the construction of community public living space system,this paper further puts forward the planning strategy orientation,including the planning strategy of "point,line,face" elements composed by the community life circle,street space,community centers and municipal transportation.Its aim is to constructs the community public living space network to guide the community planning organization patterns and spatial patterns.(4)Taking Changzhou Xinbei District as an example,this paper analyzes the community situation and the existing problems of the Xinbei District,and guides the planning and organization strategy of the community of Xinbei District based on the concept framework of the construction of community public living space system:For the entire community,we confirm the community issues through investigation of the status in quo,then we put forward the guidance of the overall planning strategy of community public living space;For the specific community,we select typical community cases to launch field research and put forward further planning organization and optimization strategy.
