| With the development of economy and society and the improvement of living standard,urban services have shifted from focusing on absolute quantity to focusing on fine quality,and residents have put forward higher requirements for urban public services.On the contrary,the current urban public green space planning and construction,the contradiction between demand and supply,the backward evaluation method,and the lack of quantitative refinement,all affect the accuracy of urban public green space service evaluation to a certain extent,and then affect the process of its improvement and optimization.This paper argues that the previous evaluation criteria tend to measure the service level of green space from the perspective of the overall "quantity" of the region,while residents prefer to choose green space in a short distance when using it.As a result,the evaluation results of the previous evaluation system fail to accurately evaluate the actual service energy efficiency of green space.Therefore,this paper tries to optimize the evaluation system of urban public green space service from a more public demand-oriented research perspective,with more systematic evaluation ideas and methods and more detailed quantitative indicator measurement methods,so as to obtain more accurate evaluation results and effectively guide the renewal and optimization of urban public green space.First of all,the theoretical research basis of this paper is formed by sorting out the concepts and theoretical research related to life circle and urban public green space services.It is found that it is feasible to evaluate urban public green space service from the perspective of life circle based on technical logic and technical means.Then,taking Tianhe District of Guangzhou City as an example,this paper carried out a study on the evaluation system of urban public green space service from the demand-oriented perspective of 15-minute living circle,and constructed a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of four categories and 11 items,including scale,efficiency,accessibility and quality.With the composite application of multiple data and analysis methods,The urban public green space service is evaluated by single index and multilevel evaluation and multi-index comprehensive evaluation,so as to judge the service quality of each street and community.On the basis of the comprehensive evaluation conclusion,the clustering areas with high and low values were analyzed by means of spatial statistics,and optimization suggestions and strategies were put forward.Then the effectiveness of the evaluation system is verified,and the conclusion is derived that the evaluation system proposed in this paper is better than the existing evaluation system,but there is still a certain gap between the actual use of satisfaction perception.Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward from three aspects,including planning,design and construction,and social governance,for areas with low service level.For the regions with different service levels,some optimization suggestions are put forward,such as supplementing green quantity,guiding moderate development of surrounding areas,sharing layout,and negative micro-updating of space. |
