In recent years,with the popularity of asphalt pavement,the overall service level of asphalt pavement are required more and more higher,which mainly reflected in the safety,stability and comfort.Because of the outstanding features of OGFC asphalt pavement,such as drainage and noise reduction,it is widely used in high grade road at home and abroad.However,it is difficult to meet the domestic demand for heavy traffic because of the expensive import modifier and the domestic high viscosity modifier,which hinders the development of domestic Large Space Drainage Pavement.The preparation of high viscosity modified asphalt has been a hot topic in recent years by improving the technical performance of different materials.In this paper,based on the principle of composite materials,the optimum dosage of the modifier in the high viscosity modified asphalt was determined,The effect of each factor and every level on the high viscosity modified asphalt was analyzed;The optimum proportion design of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture based on the optimal proportion of high viscosity modified asphalt was studied;Finally,the road performance of the mixture was evaluated.An important reference for the development of OGFC pavement in our country was provided through the research.(1)The influence of SBS modifier,TLA modifier and aromatic oil compatibilizer within the themodified asphalt was determined by the main evaluation index which is absolute viscosity of 60?.In the moderate scope to have orthogonal design with different blending ratio,uses the method of analysis of range to analyze the effects of different dosage of SBS modifier,TLA modifier and aromatics oil compatibilizer having on the properties of the new composite high viscosity modified asphalt 60? were analyzed by the method of differential analysis,and the best blending ratio was presented as follows:SBS modifier 5%,TLA modifier 25%,compatibilizer 4%.(2)Through the dynamic shear rheological performance test,low temperature bending rheological test,RTFOT short-term aging test,cloth viscosity test and segregation test,comparative analysis of new composite modified asphalt and 6%star SBS modified asphalt and domestic high,the results show that the new composite high viscosity modified asphalt was performed better in high temperature stability,anti-aging performance,construction workability and thermal storage stability,and it is slightly less than the low temperature performance.(3)Taking the target porosity as the design index,the OGFC-13 open-grade drainage asphalt was prepared by combining the new composite high viscosity modified asphalt,6%star SBS modified asphalt and domestic high viscosity modified asphalt Mixture.40:44:12:38:44:14:4:38:44:14:4,respectively.The porosity and the ratio of 2.6mm The ratio of sieve passages was determined to be 4.53%,4.69%and 4.69%,respectively.The optimum slime ratio was verified by the Marshall stability,the Sherunburg test and the Kentberg Scattering test.(4)Through the rutting test,trabecular low temperature bending test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,pendulum friction coefficient test,tectonic depth test to seepage test,comparative analysis of new composite modified asphalt mixture and 6%SBS modified asphalt mixture and domestic high viscosity modified asphalt mixture.The results show that the new composite high viscosity modified asphalt was performed better in high temperature resistance to rutting stability and water stability,Stability is slightly less;three kinds of asphalt prepared by the OGFC-13 mixture has good anti-skid performance and water permeability,to meet the regulatory requirements.
