| OGFC pavement can not only change urban waterlogging and urban heat island effect,but also improve the anti-skid property of steep slope pavement in rainy mountain areas and the ability of highway to suppress water mist.While OGFC pavement has good water permeability,noise reduction and anti-slip properties,it needs high-viscosity asphalt to maintain the tightness of the large voidage mixture.Waste rubber powder and rock asphalt can greatly enhance the adhesion of asphalt when used as an asphalt modifier.Waste engine oil can reduce the rotational viscosity of asphalt to improve construction and workability.From the perspective of resource conservation and waste utilization,this article selects waste and rock asphalt as basic materials to develop high-viscosity asphalt and use it for OGFC pavement.Through laboratory tests on various types of tackifiers,it was determined that SIS was used as a tackifier for high-viscosity asphalt.According to the method of single factor analysis,the blending proportions of waste,rock asphalt and SIS components were determined.Finally,two composite high-viscosity modified asphalts containing waste engine oil and not containing waste engine oil were developed.Their formulations are: No.70 Base asphalt + 10% waste rubber powder + 6% rock asphalt +8% SIS and No.70 base asphalt + 15% waste rubber powder + 6% rock asphalt + 6%SIS + 2% waste engine oil.The high-viscosity bitumen prepared by commercially available domestic TPS modifier was selected as a control.The three major indicators of three high-viscosity bitumen,60℃ dynamic viscosity,and 135℃ rotational viscosity were simply compared.There is a certain gap between modified asphalt and TPS high-viscosity modified asphalt in viscosity performance.The three high-viscosity asphalts were tested for temperature sensitivity,aging resistance,rheological properties and microscopic morphology.The results showed that the three high-viscosity modified asphalts were all low-temperature-sensitivity asphalts,and the self-made high-viscosity modified asphalts The temperature sensitivity is higher than that of domestic TPS high-viscosity modified asphalt;the anti-aging properties of two self-made high-viscosity modified asphalts are better than domestic TPS high-viscosity modified asphalt;TPS high-viscosity modified asphalt has better resistance to high temperature deformation.Through the design of the mix ratio of the three high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures,the gradation of the OGFC-13 mixture was determined,and the optimal oil-rock ratio of the mixture was determined through the Schellenburg leak test and the Kentburg scattering test.It is 4.46%,4.50%,4.59%.The high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,water stability,water permeability and economy of three high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures were studied.The results show that the three high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures can meet the technical requirements of permeable asphalt pavement.The self-made two composite high-viscosity modified OGFC-13 mixtures have slightly lower low-temperature performance and higher-temperature performance than domestic TPS high-viscosity modification.Asphalt.The dynamic stability of the three high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures in the rutting test is more than 4000 times/mm,and the high temperature performance is good;the road surface permeability coefficient exceeds 2000 m L/min,and the water permeability is good.The anti-slip performance of the two self-made high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures is higher than that of the domestic TPS high-viscosity modified asphalt mixtures,and the anti-slip properties are very good.The research proves that the developed high viscosity modified asphalt prepared by OGFC-13 has good road performance and cost performance,and can be used in road engineering. |
