With the continuous development of modern society and the continuous improvement of civil engineering construction technology,the field of civil engineering has been gradually expanded to commercial infrastructure such as shopping malls and factories.The demand of these kind of floor is getting more and more large,beautiful,but also to reduce the complexity of the construction method,then the self-leveling cement mortar came up.When liquid self-leveling mortar solution is poured to the floor,it can flow around uniformly relying on its own gravity.With some auxiliary working,people can get flat and smooth floor surface.It can save a lot of labor and reduce the cost of construction.This kind of floor is not only smooth,but also has high strength and good durability,can be directly used for decorating level and basic level in mechanical factory,garage,underground parking,and some other ground can also be used for office,apartments,residential buildings,supermarkets,hospitals,etc.After reading a large amount of documents and materials,the author proposed a cement-based self-leveling mortar base material combined with fly ash,slag and various admixtures,considering economic,environmental protection and various properties.And a series of explorations have been carried out on its mix proption,mechanical properties and durability.The results are as follows:(1)The research on the workability and mechanical properties of mortar shows that the early strength of the cement based self leveling mortar is improved remarkably by the combination of sulphoaluminate cement and ordinary portland cement,the compressive strength of 1d can reach 12MPa;the ratio of fly ash to ore is 1:2,and the content of silica fume is 8%,and the mobility of mortar is high at this time with good performance,high strength,low cost and best comprehensive performance.Stabilizers and defoamers as admixtures for cement based self leveling mortar have played a great role in improving the cohesiveness of mortar and the smoothness of the surface of mortar after hardening.When the amount of cellulose ether is added to 0.04%?0.06%,0.25%defoaming agent is added to the sand,no bubble slurry mixing mortar pinhole,smooth surface,and no segregation and bleeding and other undesirable phenomena.(2)The research on the durability of mortar shows that the gel material has a great effect on the self-shrinkage of mortar.When the water-cement ratio is 0.5 in the range of 0?44%,the self-shrinkage increases with the increase of the content.When the mass ratio is more than 33%,the self-shrinkage is less affected.Dispersible polymer powder can significantly improve the wear resistance of the self-leveling mortar.The self-leveling mortar wear volume decreases with the increase of the amount of dispersible polymer powder.(3)According to the above research results,a new cement based self leveling mortar is prepared and tested with the national standard.With reference to the construction method of related large area self leveling mortar,according to the relevant practical projects,the optimum construction technology for the self leveling mortar in the actual large area construction is worked out,and the matters needing attention in the construction are expounded.
