As one of the most important infrastructure projects in the country,the engineering of transmission power station is closely related to the life and production quality of citizens.In recent years,our country has achieved rapid developments in terms of electric power construction and more and more people begin to pay attention to the engineering cost management in the process of power infrastructure construction.There are many links in the construction of the transmission power stations.Because of their complicated processes,most projects need a lot of capital investment with plenty of flow directions.Compared with common projects,transmission power station projects need a high level of professional technology because there are many operational environment uncertainties and various kinds of equipment and materials to be purchased during the construction process.Under that circumstance,the concept of overall process management should be integrated into the cost management process of the transmission station construction project,which can further improve investment benefits of the whole project.At present,because of the incredibly valuable land is in the big cities such as Beijing and Shanghai,many projects have built a complex of office buildings on substations with parking lots underground.Underground engineering is difficult,the pipeline in and out of the building is complex,and the ground part is similar to the general large complex.In this case,it is very important to use scientific and effective methods to analyze factors influencing the engineering cost management of the transmission station project and to formulate corresponding solutions.This paper discusses this problem with the example of transmission power station complex in Caishikou Station,Beijing.First,based on a large amount of literature,this.paper determines the research approach for engineering cost management of transmission power station complex project in Caishikou Station,Beijing and identify and analyze factors influencing the construction cost of the project.In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the research,this paper adopts the cost management thought to identify factors influencing different phases of the whole life cycle of the project.Based on that,this paper makes the analysis index system for factors influencing construction cost of transmission power station complex project in Caishikou Station,Beijing.This index system includes five primary indicators and 19 secondary indicators.Second,after the influencing factors are analyzed and different levels are divided,this paper uses AHP to analyze its importance.This paper also uses the expert investigation method to construct the judgment matrix for influence factors and calculate the weight of the secondary index to its corresponding primary index and the weight of the primary index to the total target by using relevant mathematical knowledge.In order to achieve a more objective result,the hierarchical ordering and consistency checking are carried out.At last,this paper gives some countermeasures for improving engineering cost work of transmission power station complex in Caishikou Station,Beijing.Hope that conclusions of this study can provide corresponding reference for similar projects.This paper uses factors influencing engineering cost of transmission power station complex in Caishikou Station,Beijing as a breakthrough point and formulates an objective and scientific index system by combing relevant literature and standards at home and abroad and using the expert consultation method.This does not enrich theoretical contents for engineering cost management of the transmission power station,provide a new idea for the reasonable development of transmission power station.Therefore,it has certain practical significance.
