The prefabricated shear wall is usually connected by sleeve and restrained mortar anchor.there are many wet operations,many types,complicated technology and difficult construction problems in the connection nodes.therefore,this paper proposes a multi-layer prefabricated bolt fastening connection shear wall structure system.the wall panel is made of lightweight aggregate concrete or ordinary concrete,with bolt holes reserved around,hand holes installed or pre-embedded threaded sleeve,and the horizontal and vertical joints are fastened by mechanical bolts.The advantage is that there is no overhanging steel bar on the edge,no need for wet operations such as post-pouring concrete and sleeve grouting,and the assembly rate can be improved.In this paper,eight direct shear specimens and four shear wall specimens were subjected to pseudo-static loading tests,focusing on the compressive shear mechanical properties of horizontal joints and the mechanical properties of shear wall structures.based on the tests,the design method of bolted shear wall was studied.The main conclusions are as follows:The prefabricated shear wall is usually connected by sleeve and restrained mortar anchor.there are many wet operations,many types,complicated technology and difficult construction problems in the connection nodes.therefore,this paper proposes a multi-layer prefabricated bolt fastening connection shear wall structure system.the wall panel is made of lightweight aggregate concrete or ordinary concrete,with bolt holes reserved around,hand holes installed or pre-embedded threaded sleeve,and the horizontal and vertical joints are fastened by mechanical bolts.The advantage is that there is no overhanging steel bar on the edge,no need for wet operations such as post-pouring concrete and sleeve grouting,and the assembly rate can be improved.In this paper,eight direct shear specimens and four shear wall specimens were subjected to pseudo-static loading tests,focusing on the compressive shear mechanical properties of horizontal joints and the mechanical properties of shear wall structures.based on the tests,the design method of bolted shear wall was studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the results of the bolt direct shear test show that under the test condition,the specimen without grout is damaged by bolt shear,the specimen with grout seat is penetrated by grout seat seam,and the bolt is damaged by shearing.According to different failure modes,different formulas for calculating the direct shear bearing capacity of vertical joints of steel anchor ring connections are put forward,which are in good agreement with the test results and can be used as suggested formulas for calculating the direct shear bearing capacity of such bolted connections.(2)the test results of multi-layer bolted prefabricated shear wall show that under the test conditions,the shear wall is cracked by horizontal joints under lower lateral load,and the vertical joints have certain dislocation,which leads to the failure mode of the specimen not showing the shear wall,but the failure mode of the bolt buckling on one side of the connection and the concrete crushing on the other side.(3)study the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of multi-layer bolted prefabricated shear wall structure,and put forward a design proposal formula for the shear bearing capacity of multi-layer bolted prefabricated shear wall.Based on the analysis of the test results,it is necessary to further study the number and arrangement of bolts at the horizontal and vertical joints of shear walls and to propose design and calculation methods that can be used in engineering.
