Collaborative Research On Prefabricated Building Project Management Based On EPC Model

As an important carrier of construction industrialization,prefabricated building is green and sustainable,which makes it an important starting point for the supply-side structural reform of China's construction industry.In recent years,prefabricated buildings have mushroomed in major cities across the country,thanks to policies supported by the central government and local governments.With the rapid development of prefabricated building,the problem of participation in the process of project development is serious,and the low level of management coordination has become a problem that impedes the further development of prefabricated building.How to optimize the prefabricated building project management coordination and give better play to its integration advantages has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes and summarizes the current status of assembly construction management in China,and combined with the theory of synergetics,studies the related issues of assembly management of assembly construction projects under the EPC model.Firstly,through the literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires and other forms,the collaborative influencing factors of prefabricated building management in EPC mode were analyzed.Secondly,the improved analytic hierarchy process was used to screen and optimize the collaborative evaluation indicators of project management.Finally,the order parameter power function was used to construct The project management synergy evaluation model puts forward suggestions for improving project management synergy.The management evaluation index system proposed in this paper not only considers the multiple subjects,the whole process and multiple elements of the engineering project,but also elaborate on the calculation process of the weight of each index.At the same time,the management coordination evaluation model constructed in the EPC model is a university in Guangdong.An empirical analysis was carried out in the prefabricated building project to verify the effectiveness of the model,and a collaborative optimization strategy for prefabricated building management was proposed to provide guidance for the coordinated development of prefabricated building management in China.
