The traditional cast-in-place construction method has the phenomenon of serious construction pollution,low mechanization and serious waste of resources.Therefore,in recent years,China has vigorously developed prefabricated building forms to make up for the shortcomings of traditional cast-in-place construction models.Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of being clean and environmentally friendly,saving resources and labor.However,at present,during the construction phase of China's prefabricated construction projects,there are still problems such as irrational layout of the construction site,low efficiency of lifting and installation,poor coordination ability of various parties,and lack of construction management.These problems have hindered the development of China's fabricated building industry to a certain extent.How to overcome the current problems in the construction management of prefabricated buildings in China has become an urgent research topic.Aiming at the outstanding problems in the construction management stage of prefabricated building projects,this paper proposes to introduce BIM technology as a technical means to solve the problems.As the pioneer of building information technology,building information model has the characteristics of parameterization,visualization,collaboration and data sharing,and can realize the coordinated management and control role in the construction phase of prefabricated buildings.Therefore,it is of great significance to introduce BIM technology into the construction management stage of prefabricated buildings.Based on this background,this paper consults a large amount of literature for analysis and research.Based on the development status of prefabricated buildings in China,the development process of prefabricated buildings is described,and the technical problems faced during the construction management stage of prefabricated buildings are detailed.Summarize the research status at home and abroad.By understanding the concept of BIM,analyzing the functions of various types of BIM software,studying the technical system of virtual construction management,and applying a virtual construction management platform based on BIM technology.The use value of BIM technology to the participating units of prefabricated construction projects is described in detail.Then,the construction phase of prefabricated buildings is taken as the main research object for virtual construction management research.Integrate BIM technology with various construction management stages in the construction phase,establish the application framework of BIM technology in the prefabricated component processing stage of the prefabricated building,the floor layout of the construction site,construction simulation,construction cost management and construction progress management,and introduce the application process.Finally,an empirical study is carried out by taking the construction stage of a prefabricated junior high school complex in Jinan City,Shandong Province as an example.After empirical research in this paper,it can be seen that the introduction of BIM technology during the construction management stage of prefabricated building projects can greatly improve the management and control ability of management personnel,significantly improve the building quality,and save construction time and costs.Through BIM5 D information integration and construction simulation,the construction management of prefabricated buildings is more efficient and coordinated.
