The basic task of talent training in higher vocational colleges is to cultivate high-quality technical skills talents and promote the development of regional economic industrialization,and whether the professional ability of the graduates can match the post and promote the development of the industry effectively is a measure of the level of higher vocational education and the design and implementation effect of the training program for higher vocational colleges.An important standard.Although the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges has made some achievements in the continuous reform in recent years,there is still a big gap between the graduates' professional ability matching and the training goal of the school talents,and the demand gap of technical skills talents is quite large in many industries.Guangdong province is in the front of reform and opening up and the region of high speed economic development.The demand of high quality technical skill talents is great,the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent,especially the gap between the automobile industry and its related service industry.In this paper,Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic College automotive application technology specialty(including automotive electronics technology,automobile service and trade two professions for example,according to these specialized talented person training plan,from the curriculum design,the theory lesson and the actual training course content and the arrangement,the actual training course quality guarantee,"The Double teacher Type" Teacher requirements and other aspects of the analysis.On this basis,the design of questionnaires,on the one hand,to investigate the business of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic College graduates in the actual work of the professional ability to match the level of their job matching degree;On the other hand,the study of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic College graduates to their professional ability to match the quality of satisfaction.Through theoretical analysis and practical research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The goal of talent training program of Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic College is only to meet the needs and development of industry,but the professional ability that graduates actually master can not realize the goal of talent cultivation in real sense,and there is still a big gap between the professional ability required in the program.The main reason is that with the current curriculum is more rigid,obsolete,including basic courses,professional classes,training classes,such as the content of the design and renewal of the rapid development of the industry needs,and job matching gap.(2)The teacher strength is thin,the teaching method innovation consciousness is not strong,it is difficult to improve the teaching quality.(3)The training schedule is not scientific and sufficient,and the effect of mastering the skill is still to be improved.Despite the experience of post internship and skills training,but the graduates in the work of the job to adapt to the time is still relatively long.(4)The main manifestation of the mismatch of the graduates' professional ability lies in the lack of knowledge of professional theory,the poor ability of learning to improve and the ability to solve problems,and the poor planning for their career.(5)On the basis of the conclusion,the suggestions for the reform of the training mode for the talents of automobile application technology in Guangdong higher vocational colleges are put forward,including the reform proposals on the formulation of the training program,the training mode,the optimization of the curriculum,the design of the professional training,the career planning,the construction of the teaching staff,the training of the learning ability,the methods of teaching and so on.
