Application Analysis Of Plant In Guangzhou-shenzhen Railway

Under the current high-speed rail era,the application and research of railway greening presents overwhelming significance.Since the putting into use of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway,with the maintenance management of Guangzhou Railway Group and governments of Guangzhou,Dongguan and Shenzhen,plants alongside the railway have contributed to the present landscapes.As the economic channel of the three metropolises of Guangzhou,Dongguan and Shenzhen,this railway enjoys a salient status,where the plants growing alongside are subjected to artificial cultivation,making it stand out from other railway routes constructed in natural zones.Moreover,as it has been put into use for years,it boasts a certain degree of typicality and representativeness.With the application of plants viewed within the sight line alongside the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway as the research object,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis,of which the outcomes could shed light on upgrading and renovating the plants alongside the railway in the future and providing references for railway greening construction in the southern part of China.On the basis of looking up literature both at home and abroad,this paper conducts a field survey of the railway-side plants with route investigation method.After analyzing and sorting out data information gathered to carry out analysis of the plant's ornamental values,the model of configuration and landscaping effects,the following conclusions are arrived at:(1)There are in all 222 varieties of plants along Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway,categorized into 71 families and 171 genera,among which landscape plants take up 199 varieties,and other varieties such as wild plants and alien invasive plants register 23.Among the landscape plants,evergreen plants total 175 varieties,deciduous plants 24;and the number of varieties of flower-viewing type,leaf-viewing type,fruit-viewing type and tree-contour-viewing type is 51,42,12,and 60,respectively.(2)Whereas monocotyledons are divided into 55 varieties,dicotyledons constitute a number of 149 varieties,enjoying the absolute predominance,with the geological distribution centered on tropic areas.In respect to the composition of family,the grass family(19 varieties),the palmae(15 varieties),the Moraceae(14 varieties),the theEuphorbiaceae(12 varieties)and the myrtle family(10 varieties)take up the predominant position;with regard to the constitution of genus,Ficus(11 varieties),Eucalyptus(4varieties),Bauhinia I(4 varieties),Schefflera arboricola(4 varieties)and Bambusa(4varieties)are classified into the advantageous group.(3)In respect of plant configuration along Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway,the model of “trees + shrubs + herbals” and “trees + shrubs + herbals + climbing plants” take up the dominant place,whereas partial narrow road sections employ one single plant configuration form as its major configuration model.(4)Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway spans across cities,countryside and suburbs,where the landscapes are composed of artificial greening sceneries as well as natural landscapes like farmland,fruit-bearing forests,massifs and fishing ponds.(5)The operation model of the railway brings about certain obstacles for daily management and maintenance of plants,including,but without limitations to difficulties in regular watering,fertilizing,and weeding,and the invasion from wild and alien plants.The plants along Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway enjoy a wide variety,where the artificially cultivated plants carry relatively high ornamental values,yet the configuration of plants lacks a sense of depth and thus imposes ordinary ornamental effects.Against the comparatively high greening coverage rate along the railway,wild and invasive plants possess obvious advantages.The operation model of the railway brings about certain obstacles for daily management and maintenance of plants,including,but without limitations to difficulties in regular watering,fertilizing,and weeding,making it crucial to set requirements of carrying out seeding selection in accordance with the landforms and varieties of trees along Guangzhou-Shenzhen Railway.
