Study On The Space Construction Of Recreation Lawn In Dongguan Park

Recreational lawn space,as an important activity place in urban parks,is more and more popular among the masses.The recreation function of urban parks is largely dependent on the construction of plant space,and plants have influenced the formation of landscape and the construction of space,thus guiding the visitors’ recreational behavior.This paper combines the plant allocation of lawn space with the recreational function of visitors,and discusses the beautiful and practical construction mode of lawn space,which is of great significance for building a people-oriented and high quality urban green landscape.Taking the city of Dongguan as an example,this paper analyzes the distribution and scale of the diverticulum lawn in the middle reaches of each park by investigating the nine urban parks which have been built in the urban area with different ages,different styles and different occupying scales.At the same time,9 typical plots were selected from the survey park to analyze the tourist usage,layout,plant species and configuration.Based on the analysis of vertical structure,plant variety selection,planting mode,plant proportion and canopy density,the basic patterns of plant allocation in open,semi-open,covered and closed open lawn spaces were concluded.In view of the above research contents,three methods are mainly adopted: literature analysis,field investigation,and induction.The main results are as follows:(1)Four types of open,semi-open,covered and closed lawn spaces are constructed in different ways.The open type recreational lawn boundary has no obvious confinement;plant plants choose mostly evergreen and crown type plants,less small trees and shrubs;common grass species are Zoysia tenuifolia and Zoysia matrella;plant vertical structure is Arbor turf,and the configuration form is large trees soliton planting or bushes planting.In the two or three directions of the semi open lawn,there are dense plant groups surrounded by dense plant groups.The plants are rich in variety and pay attention to the use of color leaves and flowering plants.The commonly used grass is Zoysia tenuifolia and Axonopus compressus;the vertical structure is tree shrub lawn;the configuration form of group planting group as the background,the characteristic isolated tree or bushes as the landscape.Focus.The surface of the cover type recreational lawn is not surrounded by the plane,the plant selection is unified with the tree shape,the height of the branch point is suitable,the common grass is the more shade tolerant Axonopus compressus,the plant vertical structure is the arbor turf,and the collocation form is mainly planting trees.The plane form of closed recreational lawn is surrounded by the form around the plane;plant selection pays attention to diversity,takes both the color leaf and the flowering plants.The commonly used grass is Zoysia tenuifolia and Zoysia matrella;the plant vertical structure is Arbor shrub lawn;there are two kinds of configuration methods,one is the plant around the plant,the middle is left to the lawn;the other is the other kind.Trees or communities are organically distributed to form flexible lawn space.(2)The distribution position of recreation lawn is mostly located in the garden roadside,or in combination with the lake district,buildings and other scenic spots.The four types of recreation lawns are ranked from high to low in terms of application frequency,which are semi-open,covered,open or closed.It is found that the ratio of recreational lawn to park area is between 10% and 20%,which can achieve a more balanced space effect,and also can meet the leisure needs of tourists.(3)The type of activity of visitors is closely related to the degree of opening and closing of space.The more open the space is,the more people’s types of activities tend to be more dynamic.On the contrary,the more closed the space is,the more people’s type of activities tend to be static activities,and are based on dynamics when designing.The type of activity and the type of static activity are reasonably distributed without the type of turf space,giving visitors a more ideal recreation experience.(4)Four typical configuration modes of recreation lawn are summarized.The typical configuration modes of open lawn space are: evergreen trees + palm-lawn.Typicalconfiguration modes of semi-open lawn space include: evergreen arbor + deciduous arbor-evergreen shrub + deciduous shrub-herbaceous ground + woody ground-lawn.Typical configuration modes of covered lawn space include: evergreen arbor-lawn;Typical configuration modes of enclosed lawn space include: evergreen arbor +deciduous arbor-evergreen shrub + deciduous shrub-herbaceous ground + woody ground-lawn.Finally,the paper also summarizes the existing problems of the recreational lawn space in Dongguan City Park,and puts forward the pertinent improvement strategies,hoping to provide reference for the construction of the recreational lawn space in the future urban parks,and provide guidance for the garden design work.
