| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In order to address the increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems,the Chinese Government has successively proposed the construction targets of“Garden cities”、 “Eco-cities”、 “Forest cities” and “Low-carbon cities”,which are aimed at making the city’s ecological environment more conducive to the habitation and life of human beings.Jiangmen city,as a well-known Chinese hometown of overseas,is also paying attention to the development of spiritual civilization and ecological environment while it is rapidly developing its social economy.It has been the honorary title of “ National Civilized City ” many times since the year of 1999.In matching with it,the development of Landscape architecture has also made great progress.The well-developed social economy has created superior material conditions for the plant landscape design of the park in Jiangmen,which has enriched design skills of the park landscape in Jiangmen.Among them,Donghu Park is the most representative park in the urban area of Jiangmen city in terms of plant species arrangement and landscape design across Wuyi District.The east lake park not only has the style of Chinese garden landscape design,but also is influenced by the western garden landscape brought from the returned overseas Chinese.This study is based on the plant landscape of entirety,hierarchy,openness and other elements,through the field survey of Donghu Park,Pengjiang District,Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,the impact of garden plants on the landscapedesign of Donghu Park was analyzed from the aspects of plant disposition,community landscape,garden plant species and composition.The results are as follows:1.The survey shows that there are 390 main greening plants in Donghu Park(including varieties and subspecies),which belong to 87 families,200 genera.Among them,there are 62 families,111 genera and 219 species of native plants,accounting for 56.15% of the total plant species;There are 25 families,89 genera and 171 species of alien plants,accounting for 43.85% of the total species.From the proportion of trees,the native plants accounting for 58.82%,exotic plants accounting for 41.18%,and the native plants accounting for a higher proportion.2.Among the garden plants of Donghu Park,Theaceae、Gramineae、Arecaceae、Rosaceae 、 Nyctaginaceae 、 Leguminosae 、 Oleaceae 、 Moraceae 、 Myrtaceae 、Apocynaceae、Magnoliaceae and Euphorbiaceae accounting for higher proportions,more planting,and wider application.The geographical distribution characteristics of families,genera and species of green plants have typical tropical and subtropical characteristics,with tropical families accounting for 75.53% and tropical genera accounting for 67.44%.The tropical and subtropical families accounting for 10.64%and 6.05%.This is consistent with the climatic position of Jiangmen in the tropical monsoon region of South Asia.3.The planning of Donghu Park,is divided into five major scenic spots,including Scenic spot、Scenic View、Resting area、Activity area and Natural greening area.Among them,the scenic landscape of the plant community includes landscape features such as waterscape plantations,sparse forest landscapes,multiple tree landscapes,and jungle landscapes;landscapes include landscapes and foliage plant landscapes,but also flowering plants.Promenade,azalea garden,Gui Garden,and other special gardens;activity scenic area has Arabesque plant pavilion,bamboo plant landscape,alpine tree shade tour Xiaojing,park toilet plant green belt landscape.From the perspective of plant allocation and artistic landscaping,Donghu Park has a variety of plant landscape design styles,and the area is carefully designed on the plane.However,the application and disposition of plant species are simple in form and lack of native characteristics and seasonal variation of plant landscape.4.The introduction of exotic plants has resulted in more choices for plant landscape types.Meanwhile,the excessive exotic plants have brought more pressure on the management of park plants.Thus,it is recommended that native plants be used more in the selection of garden plants to highlight the advantages of landscaping of native plants,as well as to reduce the management difficulties caused by excessive exotic plants,and to reduce the cost of park maintenance and management.The green vegetation of the park needs to promote the number of aquatic plant species.5.The types of plant landscape had more choices because of the introduction of exotic plants,and too many exotic plants brought more pressure on the management of park plants.Therefore,the local plants in the selection of garden plants shoulc be more used to highlight the advantages of landscaping of local plants,to reduce the management difficulties caused by using the excessive of exotic plants,and to reduce the cost of park maintenance and management.Besides,the park’s green vegetation should increase aquatic species. |
