An Analysis Of Jiangmen Nuclear Fuel Project Neighborhood Incident

With the deepening of China’s economic system reform,the NIMBY(Not In My Backyard)conflict caused by the construction of large projects has brought new challenges to C hina’s economic development and social stability.The NIMBY co nflict has become a prominent problem in the economic,political and social contradictions.Therefore,starting from the actual situation of China’s economic transformation,based on the existing researches,from a new theoretical framework to interpret the causes of NIMBY conflict,fermentation process,analysis of how to avoid a common risk event through various factors eventually evolved into the NIMBY conflict measures is necessary.This article attempts from the social amplification of risk theory as t he starting point,to the Guangdong Jiangmen nuclear fuel project NIMBY events as the research object,the social amplification process from a new perspective of interpretation of the NIMBY conflict risk,analysis of the nuclear fuel project through the risk from a common city large-scale infrastructure projects in society amplification in the fermentation of various factors and interactions,eventually forming a profound and wide spread,sequelae of strong city NIMBY conflict.The NIMBY conflict also triggered a series of ripple reaction,so that the construction of the country’s nuclear science and technology projects in the short term blocked.The paper theoretical focusing on the framework of social amplification of risk,combined with the Guangdong Jia ngmen special geographical position and the overseas Chinese characteristics,focus on the analysis of the Jiangmen nuclear fuel project NIMBY is different from other places of several factors in the conflict,especially outside factors in the NIMBY negative effect played in the conflict.Finally,according to the reasons of the analysis,this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to avoid the development of risk events into the conflict avoidance.It should be pointed out that it is in the complicated and changeable international environment,foreign hostile forces have never given up on me to color revolution and political penetration,so our country in promoting the healthy development of the height of city economy at the same time,you must be alert to foreign meddling in domestic affairs,to prevent foreign factors influence on the safe of my political economic problems.
