Research On Layout Planning Of Urban Comprehensive Passenger Transport Hub Based On Comprehensive Evaluation Method

The urban comprehensive passenger transportation hub is a place where transportation facilities are centralized and passengers are concentrated.It is an important social welfare place.In the passenger transportation process,the city’s integrated passenger transportation hub plays an important role in organization,coordination,and service.The integrated passenger transport hub is a centralized center for transportation networks within a certain area,which has a tremendous impetus for promoting regional and urban development.Therefore,the urban integrated passenger transport hub plays an important role in urban development.Putian City is one of the major regional hubs in Fujian Province and an important port for inland areas such as Jiangxi.It must speed up the layout planning of comprehensive passenger transport hubs.It will create conditions for enhancing ties with the central cities of the Haixi urban agglomeration and for radiating inland areas and achieving leap-forward development in the new period.The paper elaborates the content,functional positioning and grade division of the integrated passenger transport hub.Through investigation and analysis of the level of passenger travel needs,study the characteristics of different levels of passenger terminal stations to provide services for passengers,and establish a clear and well-defined passenger terminal station system.From the macro perspective,taking the integrated passenger transport yard as a carrier,and using the four-phase transportation planning principle,a passenger demand forecasting method for comprehensive transportation line networks is proposed to forecast the transportation demand of the integrated passenger transport hub in the planning year as a comprehensive passenger transport hub.The layout plan provides the basis.This article focuses on the macro-layout planning of comprehensive passenger transportation hub stations using a comprehensive evaluation method,comprehensively analyzes and establishes index systems,and carries out uniform processing,using AHP,fuzzy evaluation methods,and data enveloping with AHP constraints.The analysis method(DEA)establishes a model to analyze the comprehensive performance of urban passenger transport hubs and provides a basis for layout planning.The dissertation empirically analyzes the layout planning of the integrated passenger transport hub in Putian City,and demonstrates the effectiveness of the model.Through traffic investigations in Putian City,we visited Putian City Rail Office,Development and Reform Commission,Urban and Rural Planning Bureau,Tourism Bureau,Public Security Bureau,Traffic Police Corps and other departments to obtain relevant data,and conducted analysis and research on passenger transport demand,society,economy and planning in Putian City.The final determination of the level and spatial layout of Putian City Passenger Terminal.
