The Research On Road Passenger Transport Hub Layout Planning

In order to adapt to the development of the road passenger transport and the demand of the citizen's travel, China enhance to build the road passenger transport hub. The study on methods and applications of road passenger transport hub theory and its general layout planning makes the work of layout planning more standard and scientific. It will provide scientific basis for road passenger transport hub layout planning, make hub layout more scientific, rational and make full use of the transport hub. The study will help coordinate the hub and other passenger transport way, promote the city's and the region's economic development. The research improves the planning level of road passenger transport hub's basic facilities and advances the modernization of traffic planning works. The study has important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the road passenger transport hub layout planning and construction practice, this paper studies methods and optimization of road passenger transport layout, establishes index system and applies fuzzy comprehensive assessment to layout evaluation. By studying of the theory, this paper compares road passenger transport hub with highway main hub. And according to economic development trend of medium and small cities, this paper forecasts road passenger demand, discusses contents and correlative factors in each phase of layout planning, studies applicable methods and models of passenger volume forecasts, expatiates layout goals. In order to describe the hub layout planning more accurately, the double-deck layout method is brought forward. And the method of combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate layout planning. At last, combining the development trend of Pixian's road passenger transport, this paper applies above theory to mark out Pixian's road passenger transport hub, optimize and evaluate layout, validate rationality of above layout.
