The electric vehicle industry rapid development of our country in recent years, the domestic each big demonstration cities have introduced the electric vehicle preferential policies to stimulate the industry development. But because of long charging time and charging system is not perfect cause problems such as the electric vehicle development is hard to out of the woods. Survey in recent years, the electric vehicle charging time is shortened,quick charge will be possible. The charging time shortened will bring the wide popularity of electric vehicles. In this context, this article embarks from the user demand situation, the analysis of user charging problem and requirement, build the future of charging service system, create a true for the future of joint travel habits of user charge service pattern. Finally to the duke of new energy automobile co., LTD and jiangnan university Desis Lab cooperative research and development success of charging for 15 minutes, 80 km/hour speed range of 431 km EV3.0 electric vehicle model as the foundation, to charge service design.In this paper, based on the charging system of the present research situation, with the scenario analysis method to build future user charge a typical scenario, and imagine the future electric vehicle popularity after charging mode, charging for services to explore the new trend of development. This paper based on the research of the situational analysis, combing the product service system design scenario analysis method in the field of application. Secondly,after a summary of the existing charging case studies, summarizes the existing case characteristics and development trend, proposed product, service, brand drive and concept drive charge service development level. Again, in the current user charge behavior observation, interview, summarizing the user charging demand situation, analyze the real story by using the method of situational dimensions, classified, propose the SFPA of scene model based on the charging demand. Finally, based on the scenario model of characteristics and requirement, build four charge service pattern, including charging type as the leading public comprehensive service, resource, high integration degree of multi-level one-piece service charging, controllable high experience respectively, can touch up to high full coverage of the security services. Each service pattern corresponding to the corresponding charging service design strategy. And then from the travel behavior of users daily, combing the user travel journey figure, implement systematic services.Finally, this paper starting from the Duke EV3.0, propose the electric vehicle charging service system for the future service proposal. Through the analysis of the existing charging problem research, compare SFPA scene model, to the duke EV3.0 popularity after charging service scenario for a more detailed scenario building.This research starting from the existing electric vehicle charging problems, this study combined with industry development trends, build the future of the representative charge,proactive charge service pattern conception is put forward. From a practical point of view,service mode, deriving from scene hope to be able to charge for the future service idea provides the certain reference significance. From a theoretical point of view, the further development of the situation analysis method applied in the field of service design, and application in the real design problems.
