| Quality is the most powerful weapon in the market,so the product quality determines the development of the enterprise.With the rapid development of science and technology,energy meter market becomes more and more mature.How to improve product quality to reduce defect rate and improve customer satisfaction has become the important problems.Reviewed domestic and foreign research,this paper introduced seven new and old methods of quality control.Then it discussed the main contents and tools of Six Sigma management.The research introduced the Six Sigma management tool DMAIC in the product quality improvement,with the DMAIC(definition Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control)aim to raise with the electric energy meter’s assembly qualification rate of H company.Firstly,the performance of the measurement system is analyzed by the method of measuring system analysis(MSA).On the basis of the reliability of the measurement system,the quality problem was described by using statistical method.Causal graph is used to find the influencing factors by means of 5M1E which contains human,machine,material,method,loop and measurement.Secondly,the significant factors were selected through the whole factor design and response surface experimental design method to adjust the parameters.The paper got the improved model and optimization results by optimizing the response.Finally,it strengthened the control measures to ensure the improvement of the effectiveness and continuity.The following tools are used in the research:seven new and old methods of quality control,measurement system analysis(MSA),experimental design(DOE),process capability analysis(SPC)and so on.Through the process of the quality control,the assembly process capability index Cpk had raised from 0.85 to 1.36 and one-time assembly qualified rate increased by 5.1%.It achieved the expected goal successfully.The practical results show that the assembly quality of the magnetic device of H company can be controlled by the application of various quality tools based on DMAIC.The experience and method of the quality control of the project is of great significance to other similar processes and projects. |
