Packaging machinery is an important production equipment in national industry which is generally used to complete the filling,packaging,encapsulation and other major processes and to complete the connection of the process.Compared with manual packaging,mechanical packaging has huge advantages in improving labor productivity,ensuring packaging quality,reducing labor intensity and in improving labor conditions.In packaging machinery,the push mechanism of packaging machinery appears in the main parts of packaging machinery,which playing an important role in the packaging machinery.To a certain extent,the performance of the push mechanism of packaging machinery often determines the performance of packaging machinery.At present,the current situation of domestic push mechanism also exists some insufficient such as slow speed,low efficiency,etc.In order to realize high speed and accurate push of rectangular trajectory,we often use combined mechanism.The integrated use of using the MATLAB programming,3D modeling software and virtual prototype technology,then the scheme selection,the scale parameter calculation,the structure design and the performance analysis was carried out.Through this research we hope to promote the packaging machinery's production quality and efficiency.The main research contents include the following aspects:First of all,according to the technological requirements of packaging machinery,Analyze the trajectory and attitude requirements of the push mechanism's actuator head,clear the design process,choose 4 design schemes from a variety of push mechanism through the morphological matrix method,then the 4 four design schemes are compared and analyzed.and the design scheme of combined mechanism of crank-slide mechanism and cam with oscillating follower is optimized.Secondly,on the basis of the scheme design,the scale parameters of crank slider mechanism and swing cam mechanism are designed.For the design of cam with oscillating follower,a set of design method based on analytic method and MATLAB programming is proposed.Firstly,by comparing the motion law of the oscillating follower,it is determined that the packaging push mechanism belongs to the situation of high speed and light load.Therefore,the law of cycloidal curve movement is selected.On this basis,the mathematical model of cam theoretical contour is established.We use computer to draw out the theory of cam outline curve and the actual contour curve based on other parameters such as radius of base circle radius and roller in the environment of MATLAB.At the same time,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves are plotted for analysis,and the accurate cam contour curve is designed.Finally,by using Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application(CATIA)to push 3-D modeling and then Computer Aided Engineering(CAE)was performed,it's verified the structure design meets the demand of strong stiffness,and get the agency six natural modal vibration mode under the environment of ANSYS.The natural mode of the mechanism is compared with the operating frequency of the mechanism to determine whether the resonance will occur when the mechanism works under high speed and light load.The virtual prototype model of the push mechanism of packaging machinery was established in the ADAMS to study its dynamic characteristics in the working state,and to analyze the displacement,velocity and acceleration curves.The running track and working performance of the push mechanism are tested to meet the expected requirements through the trial production of the prototype.It provides the theoretical premise and technical support for the design and optimization of packaging push machine.
