With the promotion of the green development concept of the new era,the sewage treatment method become more and more complicated,and the situation faced by urban sewage treatment problems is becoming more and more severe.This trend puts new demands on the difficulty of design,construction and operation management of sewage treatment plants.The traditional AutoCAD-centric design Modelling is difficult to adapt to the highly complex sewage treatment plant engineering design.The emergence of BIM technology has revolutionized the “information” of the municipal industry.In recent years,the government has been vigorously supporting the development of BIM technology in the construction industry,and different BIM technical standards have emerged in the construction industry.However,the BIM technical requirements of the sewage treatment plant in the municipal industry still have no valuable reference.At the same time,the application of BIM technology is still limited to pipeline collision inspection,engineering quantity list statistics,roaming animation,etc.,lacking in-depth information mining.Based on the above issues,the following step is implemented in this article:Initially,based on the current relevant specifications,standards,and implementation guidelines,according to the characteristics of the sewage treatment plant,through the summary and introduction,the introduction of "standardization" ideas,from the overview,BIM modelling standardization of overall delivery requirements,geometric primitive information and modelling attribute information details The depth level requires four aspects to be elaborated,and a set of standardized delivery requirements for the BIM of the wastewater treatment plant is initially established.This delivery requirement is an exploration of the standardization of BIM technology applied to the sewage treatment plant modelling,and provides theoretical support for the standardized delivery of the sewage treatment plant.Secondly,Taking the standardized delivery requirements of the BIM as the guiding ideology,the BIM of an airport sewage treatment plant project is constructed,including case overview,sewage treatment process plan determination,key technologies for BIM technology application,structure(construction),and plant area.Six aspects of terrain,road and outdoor pipeline design,through the introduction of "modular" integration ideas,from the BIM technology level to illustrate the application of the construction(construction)design,can shorten the design cycle,improve the map The purpose of efficiency.At the same time,integrating the data of each engineering object unit Modelling of the plant area into the same platform can provide data for in-depth mining of subsequent modelling information.Ultimately,based on the pipeline collision inspection of the above-mentioned sewage treatment plant BIM,through the classification and collation data,the 14 environmental factors are divided,and the characteristics of the pipeline collision are analyzed.The analytic hierarchy process is improved based on the collision data of the sewage pipeline.The importance weights of relevant environmental factors are calculated,and combined with the collision detection results mainly based on sewage pipelines,the relevant pipeline optimization coefficients are finally obtained,and the optimization coefficient is compared with the original adjustment scheme.The results show that the adjustment scheme based on the pipeline optimization coefficient can solve the adjustment scheme of “only solve specific problems,do not delve into problems”,and can reduce the coordination workload between designers and the construction,operation and maintenance of the project.This article explores the application of Building Information Modelling technology in the design of wastewater treatment plant,which has certain reference value.
