Research On Quality Performance Assessment Of Prefabricated Building Projects Under EPC Mode

It is of great significance to develop prefabricated buildings in the process of comprehensively promoting ecological civilization construction and implementing green development strategy.Since 2015 China’s intensive introduced a number of policy support for its development.EPC mode has gradually become the main contracting mode of prefabricated buildings.Most construction enterprises have been transformed and developed,and their business scope has been further expanded.However,some quality management problems inevitably appear,and the low project quality performance level is one of the main manifestations.Promoting the quality performance of prefabricated building projects and improving the project quality management effect have become the key problems to be solved at the present stage.This paper studies the quality performance evaluation of prefabricated building projects from the perspective of construction enterprises,so as to provide theoretical reference for construction enterprises to improve project quality performance.Firstly,based on the existing quality management theory of prefabricated building projects and quality performance evaluation theory,combined with the quality management problems of prefabricated building projects in China,in-depth analysis of relevant literature,the initial evaluation index system of quality performance of prefabricated building projects is constructed.In order to improve the evaluation efficiency and ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results,the importance analysis of the initial evaluation index system is carried out to eliminate the indexes with weak influence in the index system,so as to construct the final quality performance evaluation index system of prefabricated building projects.In this paper,an intuitionistic fuzzy membership analysis method is proposed for index importance screening.Compared with the traditional membership analysis method,this method can effectively reduce the influence of respondents’ subjective preference and information loss.Secondly,an improved PLTSs decision model based on PLWA operator is proposed to solve the problem that the original decision model cannot accurately evaluate the absolute level of the evaluation scheme.The fuzzy entropy of probability language is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index.The evaluation grade determination rule,evaluation information acquisition and transformation rule,evaluation information integration method and evaluation result analysis rule are given,and then the quality performance evaluation model of prefabricated building project is constructed.Finally,a prefabricated building project in shandong province is selected and applied to the constructed evaluation model for model test.The results show that the model can accurately evaluate the quality performance level of prefabricated building projects under EPC mode.
