| In recent years,the market for electric operating tables has been expanding,but the majority of electric operating tables are still in the situation of no monitoring,no self-diagnosis,mostly relying on professional travel maintenance and other circumstances.There are limitations such as low safety,high maintenance cost.etc..To solve these problems,this paper proposes a remote monitoring and diagnosis system based on electric operating table.The maj or work is following:This paper designed and developed the data acquisition module of operating table according to the characteristics of the electric operation bed,and possible factors influencing the operating table running status.The parameters include the posture data,hydraulic system and electric control system parameters,these data will be used for the operation monitoring and fault diagnosis of the bed.To realize the wireless transmission of data from the electric operating table,WiFi technology was used to realize the data transmission between the operating table and the gateway device and realize the long-distance transmission of data to the remote server through 4G wireless communication technology.The intelligent diagnosis method of the expert system was used and the fault tree was used as the reasoning machine of the expert system.This paper established the fault trees of the electric operating table.And the faults of the electric operating table was diagnosed with the real-time data collected.According to the functional requirements of the system,the application of the monitoring and diagnosis system is designed which includes the login system,network management,content display,operation management,data entry and other modules to realize the human-computer interaction functions of this system.Through the experimental test of the system by installing the module on the actual electric operating table,the system can collect all kinds of parameters required when the operating table working normally,successfully transmit the data to the remote server for analysis and diagnosis,and can successfully diagnose some simple common faults,meeting the functional requirements of the system.The application of system is perfect in functions and easy to use,which has a certain reference value for other similar monitoring systems. |
