The opening of the high-speed rail has reduced the time and space distance and broadened the scope of population mobility,which not only affects the regional economic development and urban space expansion,but also directly affects the land use in the pre-station core area,that is,the area closely related to the high-speed railway station.On the one hand,the high-speed rail has become the growth pole that guides the expansion of urban space and promotes the development of the region.On the other hand,there are problems such as unscientific land use in the pre-station core area,unreasonable land use structure,and uncharacteristic land use layout.At present,research focuses on guiding policies,interpretation of concepts,and planning strategies.In the future,research content should be expanded and research methods optimized.Based on the problems existing in the construction and development of the core area of the high-speed railway station,combined with the four national ministries and commissions jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Rational Development and Construction of the Areas Surrounding the High-speed Railway Station",this paper takes two new high-speed railway stations in Jinan West Railway Station and Nanjing South Railway Station.Taking the core area in front of the station as an example,the land use in the core area of the high-speed railway station is studied from three aspects: land use scale,land use structure and land use layout.In the study,quantitatively compare the planning,construction and use of land,explore the differences between the three and their causes,and combine the development trend of the surrounding areas of the high-speed railway station to explore the development direction of the land use in the core area of the high-speed railway station,so asto guide In the future,the core area of the high-speed railway station will be used in a rational and efficient manner.In the prediction and scope of the core area before the high-speed railway station,the research on the mature high-speed railway station area is first carried out,the scale of the core area in front of the station is identified,and the main factors affecting the scale of the land in the core area before the station are extracted,and then based on this.The pre-station core area size prediction model is established,and the pre-station core area size is preliminarily predicted.Finally,combined with the prediction results and the corresponding land use demarcation principles,the land use scale of the pre-station core area is finally determined.In the study of the structure and layout of the core area in the core area of the high-speed railway station,taking the core area of Jinan West and Nanjing South Station as an example,firstly,the functional characteristics,the types of land use,and the surrounding areas of the site are summarized.The basis of the study.Secondly,the paper analyzes the
