Ice slurry technology is a new emerging cooling technology,ice slurry central cooling system is the frontier technology and development direction of domestic cooling.The deferent characteristics of ice slurry and the optimization of energy-saving system are the key problems in the popularization of technology,then it is also necessary to analyze the reference value of the cooling capacity and economy of ice slurry for the working condition parameters of ice slurry.In order to select the best state and clear the advantages of ice slurry compared with traditional cooling,it achieve the purpose of energy-saving optimization.Reasonable flow cooling characteristics,great energy-saving optimization features and superior economy are the precondition of the popularization of ice slurry technology.In this paper,starting from the transport characteristics of ice slurry centralized cooling system,the flow characteristics of horizontal straight pipe,vertical straight pipe,elbow pipe and tee pipe are compared and analyzed by means of numerical simulation and chart.By controlling the ice particle size,ice content and ice slurry flow velocity separately,the paper discusses the influence of the separate variables on the velocity distribution and pressure distribution,and studies the influence of the three variables on the pressure drop.With the increase of variables,the flow becomes more unstable and the pressure drop increases.Secondly,from the perspective of energy saving optimization,the water mixer is selected to replace the heat exchanger.The working principle of water mixer is analyzed according to the characteristics of ice slurry;The temperature distribution of ice slurry in the water mixer shows that the water mixer makes full use of the advantages of ice slurry cooling capacity.At the same time,the paper reflects the ability that water mixers adjust ice slurry central cooling system and a secondary network temperature,Flow rate selected for the flow of heat exchange water mixers in-10 ° ~ 3 ° guide angles.Among them,3 ° can make secondary network reach the state of the "7 to12 back " at this point in the highest thermal efficiency;the application and energy saving analysisare carried out,the comparison between the water mixer and the traditional heat exchanger shows that the pressure drop loss of the water mixer is lower than that of the heat exchanger in ice slurry centralized cooling,indicating the energy saving optimization function of the water mixer.Finally,the cooling capacity and economy of ice slurry are analyzed.The cooling capacity of ice slurry is mainly determined by the ice content and the flow rate of ice slurry.The cooling capacity increases with ice content and slurry speed.Based on comprehensive consideration of cooling and flow characteristics,the most energy saving form of ice slurry centralized cooling is "high ice content and low flow rate".In this paper,ice slurry is the best form with an ice content of 30% and a flow rate of 0.5m/s.Compared with the traditional cooling performance,the ice slurry centralized cooling economy mainly refers to three aspects.Namely,Fluid volume,Pumping power and pipe diameter,COP and cooling power consumption.The advantages of the ice slurry centralized cooling technology are reflected as a whole,which has the value of popularization.
