With the rapid development of science and technology,the whole research level of weapons and equipment is constantly improving,and all countries in the world are trying to improve the comprehensive performance of weapons and equipment systems.As one of the most common weapons in infantry and peacekeeping forces,the performance and reliability problem of the automatic rifles are crucial.In this topic regard the automatic rifles as the research object,analysis structure and working principle of the automatic rifle,and establish dynamic simulation model of the automatic rifle,the response surface method is adopted for ammunition feeding process to establish the limit state function of pellet position,calculation and analysis the reliability of ammunition feeding,and verify the random variables is normal distribution by using the method of hypothesis testing.In the shooting process of the automatic rifle,due to actual processing errors,impact vibration,parts wear reasons,and so on,these factors will cause jamming,jacking and other faults.The grey system theory is used to analyze the fault problem of the automatic rifle.Based on the fault data of the automatic rifle actual shooting experiment,the three grey prediction models of cumulative failure rate are established.Through contest and analysis the three prediction models,the reliability analysis of the automatic rifle is completed.Finally,based on the grey decision model,to optimization analysis the material of important part of a automatic rifle——locking mechanism.By calculating the comprehensive effect measurement value to determine the optimal material that fits the performance requirements of the locking mechanism,and based on ANSYS software to analyze the strength of the locking mechanism to determine the material,the correctness and rationality of the grey optimization decision model is verified for material optimization decision.This subject aims at propose an analysis method of reliability and optimization decision for automatic rifle based on grey theory.Its research idea provides a reference method for reliability and optimization decision of this field and other mechanical products.
