The starting condition of the automobile is an important condition for the electric vehicle electric drive system to be controlled and studied.The characteristics of the electric vehicle reflect the control strategy of the electric drive system and the whole vehicle.Before the vehicle test,the engineers usually carry out simulation and bench test methods to study the characteristics of the electric drive system to achieve the purpose of calibration of the control method of the electric drive system.The bench simulation test can be used to simulate the pure electric vehicle in a real,efficient and low-cost manner.The simulation test of the starting condition of the electric vehicle driving motor can be carried out on the indoor test bench,which can reproduce the whole vehicle relatively realistically.The working condition characteristics can provide test conditions for the starting performance test of the electric vehicle driving motor before the prototype of the vehicle is developed.The paper aims to build a pure electric vehicle simulation model and a pure electric vehicle electric drive test bench and start simulation test.The starting process of pure electric vehicle is analyzed,and a reasonable load simulation is selected according to the starting requirements of pure electric vehicle starting process.The control algorithm realizes the road resistance simulation,and evaluates the starting process of pure electric vehicles.The starting conditions of pure electric vehicles under different slopes are designed.The simulation and simulation test methods are used to verify the pure electric vehicle model.The feasibility and effectiveness of the load simulation algorithm have initially achieved the goal of simulating and evaluating the start-up process of pure electric vehicles on indoor rigs.The main work of this paper is as follows:?1?In-depth analysis of the starting process of pure electric vehicles,according to the structural arrangement of the research models of the research group,the dynamic analysis of pure electric vehicles,according to the relevant requirements of the country,proposed the impact of the start-up process of pure electric vehicles,starting time,drive motor voltage and current four evaluation indicators.?2?In the Matlab/Simulink software environment,the driver model based on PID control,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on rotating coordinate system,the tire model based on magic formula,the drive train model based on transmission structure and simplified but The vehicle controller model that retains the basic control logic.Simulation experiments were carried out using simulation models to verify the effectiveness of the model.?3?Analyze the composition of the mathematical model of the electric vehicle drive motor test bench and establish a mathematical model of the bench simulation.According to the longitudinal dynamic characteristics of the vehicle,the difficulty of the gantry simulation is the simulation of the acceleration resistance term.The load simulation method and the speed closed-loop control algorithm based on the inverse dynamic model are analyzed.The load simulation method based on the speed prediction control is designed.Simulation of road resistance.Through the simulation analysis of different slopes?0%,10%,20%?under the automatic throttle control based on the driver model,the results show that compared with the vehicle simulation results,the maximum impact error is0.4m s-3,and the load motor speed tracking Good,it is confirmed that the mathematical model of the electric vehicle driving motor test bed based on the speed prediction control can effectively simulate the starting process of the pure electric vehicle,and can effectively evaluate the starting performance and quality of the pure electric vehicle.?4?According to the requirements of the test rig,the gantry components such as the coupling,the main power supply and the power analyzer were selected,and the electric vehicle driving motor test rig was built and the simulation test of the pure electric vehicle starting process was carried out.The analysis of the test results of different throttle opening?10%,30%,50%?of the lower?0%,10%,20%?,the maximum impact degree is about2.4m s-3,and the fluctuation range is about-1.82m s-3.It is confirmed that the proposed evaluation index can compare the starting performance and quality of the pure reaction electric vehicle,and basically realize the goal of the simulation of the starting stage of the pure electric vehicle.
