Strong enterprises implement cooperation strategy in pursuit of stronger market competitiveness and greater interests.This cooperation strategy is called strong joint strategy.By adopting the strategy of combination of strong and strong,enterprises can realize many advantages such as resource sharing and integration,complementary advantages,relieving capital pressure and dispersing risks.However,for projects under the joint strategy of strong enterprises,due to differences in cultural concepts and management methods of all parties,project organization members lack identification with the project organization culture,resulting in conflicts and conflicts,which are not conducive to the normal development of the project.Therefore,this article through to the combination strategies of project organization mechanism of cultural identity,analysis the influence factors of organizational culture identity projects under this strategy and its intrinsic relationship,aims at providing a combination strategy project organization in cultural construction management work provide train of thought,to alleviate the combination strategies of project organization under the impact of the cultural conflict to the project organization.Based on the theory of organizational culture and social identity,this paper studies the mechanism of project organizational cultural identity under the strategy of strong combination by adopting the grounded theory,explanatory structure model and principal component analysis in factor analysis,and takes L expressway project as an example to carry out the practice of project organizational cultural identity.The resulting combination strategies of project organization under the influence factors of cultural identity,specific as follows: the organization evaluation,organizational justice,institutional system,organizational environment,leadership,interpersonal and personal values,under the combination strategy based on influence factors of project organization category five pass class hierarchy model of cultural identity,including surface,middle and deep influence factors three levels;At the same time,taking the influencing factors as the dimension,the project organizational cultural identity measurement scale was designed and put forward,and the score calculation method of project organizational cultural identity was proposed.Finally,by combining the hierarchical structure and measurement scale of project organizational cultural identity under the strategy of combination of strong and strong,the evaluation method of project organizational cultural identity including vertical and horizontal perspectives is obtained.Based on the above research results,we can effectively evaluate the cultural identity of the project organization under the strategy of strong alliance,find the focal point of the project cultural management,and guide the project organization to carry out the construction and management of the project organization culture.
