At present, our country has been greatly advancing the construction of “the Belt and Road ”,leading the Chinese enterprises to go abroad with the ambition of holding a major position in the markets of countries along the belt.Large quantities of enterprises urge to accomplish high performance in the network background of the complex competition, resource supply, and product market.Meanwhile, the more obvious the global economic integration trend is,the more cross-cultural environment organization performance management problems the overseas enterprises will encounter. The influence factors of organization performance for the cross-cultural project have an essential part as good project organization performance could not only promote the long-term development of the enterprise,at the same time also can condense the whole organization team, which lead virtuous benefits within the organization.Firstly, the current status of cross-cultural management research and the research on the influencing factors of organizational performance was analyzed, and the theoretical studies on cross-cultural management and performance management were summarised. Then, interviews were conducted with the project organization teams of relevant overseas engineering enterprises, and project organizational performance influencing factors of overseas engineering enterprises in a cross-cultural environment were divided into seven categories: leadership behavior, salary and benefit gaps, team heterogeneity, trust and communication,cross-cultural conflict, job autonomy, and external environment, and a conceptual model of cross-cultural project organizational performance influencing factors was established.A questionnaire survey was conducted on organizational teams with cross-cultural project experience, descriptive statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS software, and then AMOS software was used to analyze, evaluate and modify the conceptual model, and relevant interference models were built for job autonomy and external environment. The empirical results show that two factors, leadership behavior, trust and communication, have a positive impact on organizational performance;job autonomy, and the external environment have a positive moderating effect on the impact of leadership behavior on organizational performance;pay and benefit differentiation, team heterogeneity, and cross-cultural conflict,do not have a significant impact on organizational performance. This article combined the theories of cross-cultural management and related research on the influencing factors of organizational performance to analyze the influencing factors of cross-cultural project organizational performance of overseas engineering companies.According to the performance management status of related overseas companies, the empirical model of influencing factors was put forward and the conclusion was drawn through analysis, which provides reference experience for domestic cross-cultural companies.
