Due to the huge scale of construction projects and the advanced nature of engineering design and construction technology,the complexity of the construction process is very complicated.In order to maximize the economic benefits,enterprises will seek to speed up the schedule and reduce the cost,so as to achieve the goal of maximizing the economic benefits.The construction process of the project needs to achieve the best balance between the construction cycle and cost,so it needs to use scientific progress management to ensure the construction quality.Therefore,the supervision and management of project progress has become a very important task in modern construction project management.The purpose of this paper is to find out the risk factors that affect the construction progress,and to study the interaction between these factors to ensure the quality of the project,and try to avoid the schedule risk.In order to achieve the goal of completing the project with quality and quantity guaranteed within a reasonable construction period.First of all,the paper investigates the research status at home and abroad,and combs out the relevant theoretical basis.On this basis,the paper analyzes the general contracting project of HL Company.Through the investigation of the company's internal employees and project employees,the preliminary progress risk factors are obtained,optimized,and the optimized progress risk factors are obtained.On this basis,an explanation is established Structural model.Taking the EPC project of Yantai low temperature tank group of HL Company as an example,the paper also makes a specific analysis and obtains specific progress control measures.Based on the case of Yantai low temperature tank group EPC project of HLCompany,this paper establishes the interpretative structure model according to the results of hierarchical processing of interpretative structure model,analyzes the relationship between various factors,divides the influencing factors of project schedule management into five levels,clarifies the hierarchical relationship of influencing factors of project schedule management,and finds out the most direct factors that lead to low efficiency of project schedule management And the most fundamental factors.It provides a certain theoretical support for the prevention of schedule risk,and has a certain guiding role in avoiding schedule delay for the actual project management work.
