As an experimental equipment for testing the comprehensive performance of the hydraulic motor,the hydraulic motor test bench plays an important role in the factory inspection and regular performance test of the motor and ensuring the quality of the hydraulic motor.However,the existing hydraulic motor test bench has the physical system overlap,covers a large area,test site noise and so on.By studying the performance parameters of hydraulic motor and referring to the national and industrial test standards of hydraulic motor,this paper formulates the performance indexes,technical indexes and environmental constraints of the test system,and designs a set of universal hydraulic motor test bench to solve the existing problems of the above mentioned test bench.A general-purpose hydraulic motor test bench is proposed.By referring to literatures,the development status of experimental bench was analyzed mainly from the aspects of performance index,technical index and environmental constraint,and the development degree of existing technology and how to solve the key technology were clarified.The possibility of adopting a unified test platform is analyzed,and the scheme of a universal hydraulic motor test bench is proposed.The overall scheme of the universal hydraulic motor test bench is designed.According to the function,the test bench is divided into six systems: hydraulic source system,load system,water cooling system,safety system,tooling system and measurement and control system.According to the test requirements and the functional requirements of the test bench,the performance index and technical index of each system were determined,and the system research and design were carried out according to the relevant standards: the schematic diagram of the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic system of the test bench was designed;Completed the hydraulic source system and the load system main components of the relevant indicators calculation and selection;The cooling system is designed according to the heating power and heat dissipation of the system.The contents of regular maintenance of safety system and component detection,troubleshooting methods of common faults of measurement and control system and system safety protection measures are designed and completed.A universal hydraulic motor test bench is developed.A set of fixture system structure and lifting platform structure of rotating speed and torque meter suitable for the installation of various types of motors are designed and completed.ANSYS software is used for static analysis of the model and modal analysis of fixture support to verify the structural safety.Based on LABVIEW software development test,the software module is designed and the upper computer operation interface is developed.The hardware system architecture is designed and the main components of the hardware system are selected.Through 20 sets of qualified hydraulic motor performance test.The universal hydraulic motor test bench test performance is normal,accurate,each system can work normally,tooling system structure design is reasonable,measurement and control system can run normally,the test system has the ability to test the performance of a variety of models of hydraulic motor.
