Study On The Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage In Wuwei City Under The Background Of Urban Transition

With the rapid development of cities in China,the utilization of land resources in old industrial zones has become an important research content in urban renewal.In November 2018,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the Interim Measures for the Administration of National Industrial Heritage,which clearly stipulated the protection,utilization and management of industrial heritage.The industrial buildings left behind in our country record the development of cities and witness the renewal of social production technology.How to seek the protection and reuse of industrial remains in the development of urban transformation has become an important issue of urban transformation and transformation.In this paper,theoretical knowledge,on-site research,case practice and other aspects of research.This paper combs the development process of industry in Wuwei,explores the current situation of industrial heritage in Wuwei,probes into the feasible mode and design method of protection and utilization of industrial heritage in Wuwei,and takes Wuwei Textile Mill as an example to carry out design practice research.The paper is divided into four parts:Firstly,it introduces the purpose,significance and related theories at home and abroad.On this basis,the research scope,content and framework of the paper are formed.Secondly,it combs the connotation of urban transformation,the characteristics of industrial heritage and the development of industrial heritage protection and reuse.Based on the analysis of the current situation of urban development and industrial heritage in Wuwei City,the idea and goal of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Wuwei City are formed.Thirdly,it puts forward the design strategy of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Wuwei.Through the analysis of the feasible protection and reuse mode,design method and implementation measures of industrial heritage in Wuwei City,the design strategy of protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Wuwei City is discussed.Fourthly,the theory and practice of Wuwei Textile Mill are verified.Through the analysis of the development status and value of textile mills,the overall idea and design method for the protection and reuse of Wuwei textile mills are determined,and the design strategy for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in Wuwei City is verified in practice.The paper hopes to open up ideas for the related research of industrial heritage,provide experience exchange,promote the development of related research of industrial heritage under the background of urban transformation,and provide theoretical and practical basis for the protection of industrial heritage in Wuwei City.
