Research On The Protection And Reuse Of Hankow Warehouse Industrial Heritage Based On Urban Stock Renewal

Hankow is one of the earliest commercial and trade activities in modern China.Its central position in business activities has a comprehensive meaning for the distribution and distribution of various commodities between regions.The storage space is an indispensable prerequisite for the business center city to have strong trade radiation capability,commodity transportation and throughput,and provides an important guarantee for the distribution and transportation of various commodities in commercial activities.The construction and development of modern Hankow warehouse space is closely related to urban commercial activities and depends on symbiosis.At the same time,the rise and fall of Hankow storage space echoes the degree of urban business activities.From the commercial activities in modern regions,to the business activities in the planned economy era after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and to the commercial activities in the era of market economy after the reform and opening up,although the connotation of urban commercial activities has been constantly changing,the commercial activities of Hankow continue to have a demand dependence on the storage space.As the current urban development model shifts from incremental development to stock update,the warehousing industrial heritage is the closest to the type of heritage used by civil buildings,and the potential value and ecological significance of its transformation and reuse are gradually recognized.The protection and regeneration of urban warehousing industrial heritage and the comprehensive improvement of its surrounding environment will become an important issue in the future urban stock renewal.Therefore,this paper focuses on the protection and adaptive reuse of warehousing industrial heritage.This paper takes the Hankow modern warehousing industrial heritage as the research object,and takes the relationship between the modern Hankow commercial activities and the warehousing industry as a clue.Based on the investigation of the current situation of Hankow warehouse space heritage,combined with the compilation of relevant historicaldata,(based on and research)to study its formation,evolution and renewal process in urban space;summarize the current status distribution and spatial survival of Hankow warehouse industrial heritage Characteristics;thinking about the value orientation and positioning of the Hankow warehouse heritage in the process of inheritance,exploring the reuse value and spatial potential of the modern warehousing industrial heritage,as well as the spatial transformation path and the characteristic presentation of adaptive reuse..The paper refers to domestic and foreign related cases and conducts parallel comparisons,and seeks the feasible strategies for the protection and regeneration of warehousing industrial heritage from the difference research.
