Research On Material Procurement Of Construction Enterprises From The Perspective Of Supply Chain Management Theory

The number of construction enterprises is gradually increasing,and the competition in China’s construction market is increasingly fierce.Under the new trend of the construction industry,one of the key factors for the active growth of construction enterprises in the market is to effectively control costs,especially procurement costs.The control of purchasing cost depends on the purchasing management level of the construction company,which is directly related to the cost level and benefits of the whole project.In the traditional construction enterprise procurement,construction enterprises and material suppliers are in a non-information symmetric game process,and fail to form a long-term cooperative strategy,leading to a series of problems in the material procurement management of construction enterprises,and the traditional way of purchasing materials has been unable to adapt to the development of the current society.In view of this,this paper introduces supply chain theory into the material purchasing management of construction enterprises.Taking the purchasing management of construction enterprises as the focal point,this paper puts forward that the subdivision of supply method is used to classify materials in the purchasing management of construction enterprises,and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to optimize suppliers.The first part analyzes the research background and significance of this paper.Through the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature on supply chain management and material procurement management of construction enterprises,it is found that in China,the research and practical application of construction supply chain is still rare,and the research on engineering project procurement management is just starting.Therefore,further research is needed.The second part of the construction enterprise supply chain management and material procurement management related concepts specific analysis and definition.This paper expounds the research trend and breakthrough of the combination of supply chain thought and material purchasing management in construction enterprises.Through the analysis of the particularity of construction enterprise,the complexity of construction enterprise procurement management is further explained.The third part analyzes the current situation of construction enterprise procurement management and the advantages and disadvantages of several material procurement modes commonly used by construction enterprises,and explains the main problems existing in the current construction enterprise procurement management in the relationship between construction enterprises and material suppliers.This paper analyzes the relationship between procurement and supply chain in engineering projects,and puts forward the characteristics of material procurement in construction projects based on supply chain management,and expounds the necessity and importance of introducing supply chain theory into material procurement management in construction enterprises.The fourth part USES the carajac matrix to construct the material positioning model from two aspects: supply risk and material importance.The supplier evaluation index system of construction enterprise is established,and the supplier selection model is constructed by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The fifth part applies the material positioning model and supplier selection model built above to the procurement management of X construction group co.,LTD.Take 11 kinds of materials as examples,select the key materials that should be paid attention to,and choose the best supplier among the 4 concrete suppliers with good cooperative relations.Then,combined with the characteristics and current situation of X construction group co.,LTD.,put forward relevant countermeasures to promote its implementation.Finally,this paper summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the prospect of future research.
