The Traditional Architecture Construction Techniques In Luzhong Mountain Area

This topic is one of the sub-projects in the large-scale project of "Research on Regional Folk Traditional Architecture Construction Techniques in Shandong" initiated by The National Laboratory of Vernacular Heritage Conservation and The Conservation Center of Architectural Heritage of Shandong Jianzhu University in 2015.It is also one of the important research contents of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan key book project-Chinese Traditional Settlement and Human Geography Library(Shandong Volume)."Building Skills" refers to all materials processing and construction techniques(i.e.skill)adopted by traditional construction during site selection,preparation,and construction,as well as techniques,rules,principles,and procedures(i.e.arts)for applying materials and techniques.The difference between it and the official building method is that the regional traditional technique of creation has "spontaneity",and its occurrence and development comes from the actual needs for using.This paper is based on the research and compilation of folk traditional building techniques in Shandong Luzhong Mountain area,and clarifies the technology,craftsmanship and human composition of its skill of building.Visit the traditional villages in the Luzhong Mountain area,and study the courtyard layout,street scale,architectural style,spatial scale,and craftsmanship of traditional architecture,to collect documents and conduct inductive research for the research of subsequent traditional techniques.Visit the old craftsmen from all over the Luzhong Mountain area,and organize and record their creation skills and experience through the discussion.Through the systematic summary,a relatively complete system of cognition of traditional building techniques in Luzhong Mountain area is formed,and a database of related materials is constructed.Under the influence of the official and commercial roads in Luzhong Mountain area and the traditional villages under the influence of the ceramic industry in the Bo Mountain area,there will be no more in-depth exploration.The text consists of three parts.The first part is the introduction,which proposes the current research background,defines the required research objects and research scope,clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the current research status and existing deficiencies,and proposes studies methods of this paper.The second part is chapter two,three and four,which is the real record,arrangement and analysis of the creation skills,and is the main body of the study of craftsmanship.The third part is the chapter five,which points out the characteristics of traditional architecture building techniques and the status quo and problems faced by them.It summarizes and explores the methods of creating technical protection and inheritance,and proposes follow-up research ideas.
