Research On The Development Strategy Of China Nuclear Engineering HD Branch

At present,China's social and economic development has entered a new era,and the development of nuclear power is facing new opportunities and challenges.The domestic nuclear power industry tends to develop steadily and efficiently.With the decline of traditional energy industries such as thermal power,more and more enterprises expect to participate in the competition of nuclear power industry.The competition in international nuclear power market is fierce.Russia,France,the United States and other traditional nuclear power powerful country continue to seize the market.Korea,Japan and other countries are also stepping up the promotion of their nuclear power technology.In order to maintain the market competitiveness under the new development situation,how to formulate the development strategy of HD Branch of China Nuclear Engineering has become the primary task.Firstly,this paper introduces the development status and prospects of nuclear power in the world and in China.On this basis,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro-environment of nuclear power industry.Then Michael Porter's five-force model is used to analyze the environment of nuclear power debugging industry.Finally,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the internal environment of HD Branch,and the short-term war of HD Branch is obtained.The strategic positioning is to build a first-class professional nuclear power commissioning company in China and a comprehensive nuclear energy service provider with international influence in the medium and long term.In view of the short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic objectives of HD Branch,this paper formulates the implementation plan of the strategy from the aspects of domestic market,international market,management mode,hydrogen production from nuclear energy,industrial alliance,etc.In addition,this paper finally puts forward the safeguard measures of the development strategy of HD Branch from the aspects of system construction,human resources,technological capability and enterprise culture.According to the typical thinking of enterprise strategy research and the actual situation of HD Branch,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development strategy of HD Branch,which has a certain reference significance for nuclear power enterprises,especially for debugging related enterprises.It is hoped that this paper will be helpful for HD Branch to build a comprehensive nuclear energy service provider with international influence.
