With the strengthening of fortifications around the world,military bases on the ground are gradually shifted to semi-underground or underground.In order to destroy enemy's hard targets utterly,many countries committed to develop penetrating weapons.The hard target penetrating fuze layer-counting technology of penetrating weapons is the key to realize high precision strike and operational efficiency.In the field of penetration fuze,accelerometer sensors are commonly used to acquire penetration signal.With the increasing of penetration speed and aspect ratio of length and diameter,the adhesion between noises and the signal of the penetration layer becomes more and more serious.To solve the problem of layer-counting for high-speed penetration of hard targets,the thesis proposed a magnetic sensing penetration layer-counting method.Main work of the thesis are as follows:1.A magnetic sensing penetration layer-counting method for penetrating fuze was proposed.This method generates exciting magnetic field by placing an magnet array inside the penetrating fuze.When a warhead penetrates a magnetic hard target,the magnetic field of the rear part of the warhead will be correspondingly changed.The change of the magnetic field has a very obvious characteristic and can be used as the response signal of the penetration layer.At the same time,a magnetic sensor is placed in the penetrating fuze to detect the change of the magnetic field,output and count the number of the response signals of the penetrating layer,layer counting can be achieved.2.According to the magnetic sensing penetration layer-counting method,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a target penetrating model for a penetrating projectile was simulated and analyzed.The penetrating warhead model and reinforced concrete slab model were established.At the same time,the simulation of the penetration of the target through the warhead was carried out.3.A magnetic sensing penetration layer-counting circuit was designed,including a high precision power supply circuit for the penetration fuze,a signal acquisition circuit based on amagnetoresistive sensor,a reset circuit,a bias current source circuit,an instrument amplifier circuit and a micro-controller circuit.Meanwhile,a signal processing circuit based on a STM32 chip was designed.4.An experimental setup was built to realize a simulated experiment for the fuze penetration.A static semi-physical test was carried out by using steel meshes to simulate reinforced concrete target with several layers.The experimental results were consistent with the simulation results,and the error was 1?T.Penetration layer-counting based on the magnetic sensing method was realized.
