With the rapid development of port logistics,the growth of port throughput and the large-scale container ships lead to the longer and longer operation time of ships in port.How to improve the efficiency of port operation has always been the research focus of container terminal handling technology and practical application.The operation model based on dual-cycling makes the quay crane and truck tend to operate at full loading,which greatly improves the operation efficiency of the container terminal.Based on the dual-cycling operation mode and combined with the actual situation of terminal operation,this paper studies the operation sequence optimization of quay crane and collaborative Scheduling of quay crane and the truck in container terminal.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Optimization of quay crane sequence:The scheduling problem of shore bridge is analogous to the job scheduling problem on two machines.Then,a mixed integer programming model is established based on minimizing the maximum ship completion time as the objective function.To solve this problem,a hybrid artificial fish swarm algorithm,which combined with tabu list and genetic algorithm’s mutation operation,is designed It helps to search more solution space and avoid the algorithm falling into local optimum.The simulation results show that the model can well reflect the actual dispatching situation of quay crane under synchronous loading and unloading.The proposed algorithm has high convergence speed and solution quality,and effectively improves the efficiency of quayside crane operation.(2)Collaborative scheduling optimization of quay crane and truck:Considering the fact that the port’s^import and export container area is not in the same place and the number of import and export containers is different,The objective function is to minimize the weighted time of quay crane operation time,truck operation time and waiting time.A double-layer particle swarm optimization-artificial fish swarm optimization algorithm is designed to solve this problem.The upper particle swarm optimization algorithm allocates the quay crane and tiuck mid determines their operation sequence.The lower layer optimizes the operation path of the truck by artificial fish swarm algorithm.Finally,simulation examples are given to compare the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm with that in the literature from the distance of empty traveling path of the truck,operation time and convergence speed of the algorithm,which is to show that the proposed algorithm is better.The simulation results show that the algorithn can converge quickly,the empty distance of container terminal is reduced obviously,and the operation time of quay crane and container terminal is greatly reduced,which effectively improves the operation efficiency of container terminal.
