This paper investigates the pavement structure of long road at home and abroad,based on Algiers Airport's parking apron and supporting highway projects,and analyzes the existing problems in the world's highway construction and the way of management and maintenance of long-acting highways.Therefore,the integral structure model of subgrade and pavement based on reinforcement force layer is proposed and designed.The basic idea is as follows:(1)According to the hydrogeological conditions of the new airport supporting highway,the good road building materials are replaced,from the roadbed of the highway to the top down to 80 cm,layered filling and compaction,and the compaction degree is larger than 97%.In this way,the bearing capacity of the soil subgrade can be improved,and the capillary action of the groundwater is blocked,and the stability of the road subgrade is improved and the embankment height is reduced.(2)By setting the reinforced bearing layer structure in the combination of top and bottom soil subgrade pavement,subgrade and pavement has formed a common force,which not only reduces the uneven settlement of subgrade and pavement,but also enhances the overall bearing capacity of soil roadbed and pavement base.(3)In the design of pavement structure,pavement structure of CRCP+AC is designed Through the combination of continuously reinforced concrete and asphalt concrete,pavement structure has greater strength,stiffness and bearing capacity.And setting up the reinforced stress absorbing layer between CRCP and AC the effect of cracking from the reflection stress of CRCP to AC is smaller,to prevent the damage caused by surface water to subgrade and pavement.(4)In the stage of highway operation,preventive maintenance is put forward,to maintain long-term performance of road performance and achieve long-term effectiveness by means of preventive maintenance.Through laboratory experiment and simulation analysis,the feasibility of the holistic force layer technology of the roadbed and pavement of Algiers Airport supporting highway is verified,which provides a basis for the future integration of long-acting highway technology.
